- Community pool rules are posted onsite and must always be followed. Non-compliance may lead to immediate removal.
- Glass items (bottles, glasses, plates, etc.) are not allowed in the pool area for safety reasons.

The photos matched the place. However, when we checked in the entire place smelled of mold and dust. The furniture was filled with pet hair. I would not recommend this place to people with allergies. They also did not mentioned which floor the apartment was on in the description, as well as which block it was on. The directions to get there were super confusing. Also, the parking lot is difficult to maneuver if you have a large car. We were rather disappointed.
