It has 3 bedrooms with comfortable boxspring hotel beds and a capacity of 6 people. The unique Arabic style property is situated in a gated community within the beautiful Jardines de las Golondrinas complex, a quiet neighborhood next to the sea and only 35 minutes by car from Malaga airport.
The space
Guests may use the private swimming pool of the community (12 apartments only) as well as the bigger communal swimming pool of the Jardines de Las Golondrinas complex. A bar restaurant is next to the communal pool (open during the season).

Location:
On walking distance to amenities (beach clubs, restaurants, supermarket, shops, bus station, etc.), 100 m from the sandy beach, 150 m from Nikki Beach, 2 km from Santa Clara Golf Club, 35 km from Aqualand water park, 20 km from Fuengirola train station, and only 15 minutes by car to Marbella city centre and Puerto Banus.

Clean and safe apartment walk distance to the beach

The property was absolutely beautiful . Everything was as described. The apartment was very spacious, a lot of light, kitchen was equipped perfectly. Small balcony but with picturesque sea views. Very clean. The place itself was quiet , sometimes you heard music from nearby Nikki Beach or the bar restaurant, but we liked it. Beach is literally 100m away; a big selection of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The check in was a bit complicated with so many different codes; there was no clear assignment of a parking space, so we got told off by neighbors as we were parking in the wrong spot; the check out would have been difficult if we wouldn’t have been 2 people as one had to get out with the car, hold the pedestrian door open while the other left keys and fobs in the apartment. There were no basic toiletries in the bathrooms, so make sure you bring some, but they had provided a few things for the kitchen as dishwasher tabs, soap and sponge. Definitely recommend this property.

Apartment great but checking in process a real issue. After asking repeatedly for the key code access we were only given one code for the keysafe to the apartment and not the code for the main gate or gate to the building we couldn’t get in for two hours. Didn’t have a fob the gate for the car access either, management dropped one off and a neighbour kindly let us in with his fob. When we wanted to leave the car access fob didn’t work so we were stuck. The access codes, location of the property and key fob for car access need organising before arrival we lost hours of a four daily holiday which was very frustrating

Unfortunately, there were some difficulties with check-in etc. I received an email from them a week before the planned check-in saying that the booking had been cancelled. After laborious clarifications with Airbnb customer service, this fortunately turned out to be a mistake. I had already clarified before booking whether contactless check-in was possible. This was confirmed to me. 2 days before booking, I asked several times how the code would work and always only received the message that it was being clarified and that I would be informed. On the day of arrival, I only received the code for the keybox at same day at 9 p.m. after I had written many messages and called. When we arrived at the accommodation at 2 a.m., we found ourselves in front of a large locked iron gate for which we had not been given a code. So we had to climb over. Then there was another gate, again we didn't have a code and had to climb. Then we were able to get into the apartment and found that the beach towels
