- Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by an adult at all times. The community is not responsible for accidents due to lack of supervision.
- Inappropriate use of the pool is prohibited, including loud noise, running, jumping, or shouting.
- No glass bottles or glass items are allowed anywhere in the pool area.
- Mats, inflatable boats, and large floaties are not allowed in the large pool. If used in the children's pool, they must be returned to the green storage box next to the pool. Any items left outside may be removed by the community.
- Sunbeds must be returned to their original position after use.
** Cleanliness & Respect for Shared Spaces
- Use bins and ashtrays provided.
- Do not throw cigarette butts or rubbish on the ground. Butts must be fully extinguished before being placed in bins.
- Community bathrooms should be used responsibly. Please report any issues to community staff.

we loved the appartement: location , style ,the community and the view are amazing , very quiet and confortable . Easy check-in process. welcomîng and friendly staff. Appartement very clean except stains on sofa and dinning chairs . i will definitely book it again on my next visit to Marbella.

The house was very clean, cozy, and looked exactly like the photos shown online. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were beautiful and peaceful, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. We also loved how close the port was — it made getting around super convenient. Highly recommend!

The property’s location is great. Really close to all amenities of Puerto Banus. The property itself is a bit worn down and clearly run for cash. A lot of parts in the property are old and even for towels and other small things they try to charge you even if you pay thousands of USD to stay there. Dont get me wrong the property does the job, but its a simple /old apartment and for the price i paid i felt like we overpaid in the end vs what we got…
