Great location and beautiful apartment. Blocked shower drain and some further cleanliness in the bathrooms would have made it an all round 5*. Will be looking at booking the same apartment again next year.

Had such a lovely stay! It was up at the top of the hill so if you’re okay with an incline walk everything was very accessible - there were restaurants very close by and also the ones on the marina were easy enough to walk to! The instructions on finding the exact block and staircase wasn’t the most clear but once we found it - it made sense. Lovely amenities, the pool was ideal and quiet - absolutely no need for lounger reservations which is always a relief! Thank you for a great stay, would definitely recommend to people travelling to Puerto Banús!

Had a really nice stay. Especially when you are active, everything is within walking distance. A very nice gym, M13gym nearby. Everything works perfectly, everything is present in the kitchen, washing machine. Spacious balcony with large dining table by the living area and a lovely balcony by the bedroom with sun loungers. No nuisance from other people or sounds. Well secured, nice swimming pool. All in all, really great! We stayed with 2, but with more this is also fine!

Pleasant, modern apartment. Nice pool area. About a 25-minute walk from the beach – the distance is fine, but it’s quite hilly. The description of the apartment is correct except that there are three double beds; in the pictures, it shows two double beds and two single beds.

The apartment is a fantastic size and has great views, although there’s quite a lot of stairs to then access the pool area, however again the pool was lovely, warm and always sunbeds available. It’s a fair walk to Puerto Banus but plenty of taxis are around to bring you back or take you to other areas.

Really nice and spacious apartment with a lovely view. All three double beds were so comfy. Very close to Nao Club, and the apartment is in a lovely area. The pool was lovely and very quiet most of the time. The only recommendation I would mention is possibly giving another set of keys as we were only given one set between 5 people. But overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

Someone entered the apartment while we were out and steal our bags perfume and cash money And the host never responded to this and act careless Threatening our safety and couldn’t sleep the night there

This is a great location, 2 mins from Nao pool club which is a different level. Make sure when using UBer to type in the actual address on the profile and not pin location on the UBER app. Will stay again Thank you

Nice apartment for 6 people with great view in beautiful Nueva Andalucia. All according expectations. Easy check in and check out procedure. Highly recommended and would like to come back. Only negative thing was Room Service check in procedure on line were you needed to fill in massive information for each individual even if we traveled as a family I needed to fill in full travel info even for our kids. Could have been smother. Apart from that good and fast service and there app was easy to access with all necessary information.

A completely objective review, listing out the pro’s and cons. Pro’s: Good location New modern apartments Spacious Customer service clerk was always quick to respond and very friendly They allowed us to check in 1 hour early which was kind Cons: Ants in the kitchen (impossible to get rid of) The house accommodates up to 6 people but the hot water tank gets cold after 2/3 people wash. The host seems aware of this and no amends have been made to the system. It’s so frustrating having a full house and everyone cannot have a warm shower. We were only provided 1 set of keys between 5 people which was a logistical nightmare.

Well-maintained duplex apartment in a beautiful location. easy access to the swimming pool. With Puerto Banus at 15 min walking distance it was the ideal base for us.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a good location. Excellent air conditioning and the 2 terraces gave a good mix of sun and shade. However be aware of the following: 1. The apartment is situated at the top of the larger block shown in the photographs. This means it is on the 2nd floor from the entrance to that block but there are a further 40+ steps to the pool area or other entrances to the complex , i.e. a total of 80+ steps from the pool to the apartment. 2. There was some noise in the evening/ night to the rear of the building from Club Nao next door. 3. The photographs shown in the advert must have been taken some time ago as the apartment is not as pristine as shown. 4. The downstairs bedroom was advertised as a twin but it is actually a double.

The apartment has a lot of light and we found it in perfect condition. It's in a quiet area, and the views are beautiful. Highly recommended! We will not hesitate to stay there again if we return to Marbella.

Great location and neighbourhood. Apartment was clean and matched the photos. The renter was easy to contact via WhatsApp and answered in a timely manner. They have plenty of properties in AirBnb and we will likely rent again if we are somewhere in Malaga.

The location of this apartment is prime! Really close to golf courses, shops and 5min drive into Puerto Benues. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is really nice and looks pretty much like in the pictures. The location is great! The big minus is that Roomservice who is doing the rent out is incredible hard to get in touch with. Next time we go for an Airbnb it will be one with a private host. We needed help a few times with things but could never count on, that they would pic up the phone. Also we had to pay a 400€ deposit when we checked in, which they didn’t tell us before. We still haven’t got the money back or heard anything from them. Room service should do a better job, the apartment is still nice tho!

This place is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. We arrived a bit earlier but Fredrik was more than helpful and happy for us to go in and get settled. The location is great as it’s about 20min walk to Puerto Banús and you get to sight see and you walk. Highly recommend.

Absolutely beautiful apartment which looks exactly like the pictures. The pool was lovely and very quiet most of the time! As 6 girls who wanted to be able to out in town, it was the perfect distance away from the hustle and bustle, being a 15 minute walk away! We are already looking to come back next year. I would highly recommend!!

indicated as luxury apartment, however, all amenities are quite standard. bed, sofa, carpets pretty hard to ring clean.. but if you like fluffy mattresses, where you like to bag, it wasn't for me. the best thing about the apartment I find the location, which was perfect.

Fantastic nice apartment in beautiful surroundings. Stylish style, very comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The terrace (with exit from the living room/kitchen) with evening sun and views of the sea was wonderful! The pool area was nice but nothing special. Just around the corner is a really nice pool club and several of Marbella's best restaurants are only a short taxi ride away. Quiet area. I wouldn't say it's walking distance to the beach and Puerto Banus, if it's walkable, but taxi is preferable. It is a short taxi ride of about 5 min, 9-10 euros and it worked great to book taxi. I would definitely recommend the place!

Beautiful location, very nice view, quiet area, in walking distance to Porto Banus, other places of interest easy to reach by car. The penthouse was fully equipped and very clean! The host was very kind. If you ever want to visit this area, this is a very good place to stay!!!

Walking distance to the harbor in Puerto Banus, but it's a bit anyway, down there works well but then you're going back it's significantly heavier. Unfortunately, we thought it was a little stingy with cutlery and glasses when we were 6 people. Fantastic nice sunset from the terrace, but sad that the sound echoed so enormously when you sat out on the terrace, it became like a resonance box. Stores and restaurants around the corner. Not so cozy pool area but okay anyway, get sunbeds. You'll like to walk in stairs if you're going to stay here!

This gorgeous apartment was exactly what we were looking for. As a group of 5 girls we wanted somewhere that was clean, spacious and of a good location - we were delighted when we came across this apartment! The decor was lovely and fresh, and there was good kitchen facilities. The balcony areas were also great and got the sun for most of the day and evening. Having the 3 showers certainly helped when it came to us all getting ready! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great accommodation in Puerto Banus! Thanks again.

Stayed in the newly refurbished 3 bed penthouse just 20 minute walk to Banus town centre where all the shops, bars and restaurants you could want are. The port is beautiful , nice luxury boats, Ferrari , Bentley's are plenty if you like that kind of thing! Marbella Old town is a little further down about a 15 minute cab journey around £15 euros each way. But WORTH IT! I loved the old town more than banus as it has the orange square there , its more quaint and grown up i thought. Such a pretty town. The apartment is really close to La Sala restaurants and Oak Grill both venues i went to they are amazing! if you like to people watch then La Sala is the place to grab a drink and watch the world go by! very glam! :) The penthouse has only been used a couple of times, one of those by myself so it is in immaculate condition throughout! very clean and spacious can fit in 8 people at a push so plenty of room.
