Located in a family-friendly neighborhood, this property is just a 20-minute walk from Sonora sand beach, allowing you to easily soak up the sun and enjoy the Mediterranean coastline. If you need to stock up on supplies, the Aldi supermarket is a quick 10-minute drive away.
For golf enthusiasts, besides the 9 hole Resina course which is just within the frontage of the apartment, there are plenty of Pga courses in the area including El Paraiso Golf Club, Marbella Golf or Villa Padierna Golf Club to name a few, all within a radius of 5km, offering a fantastic opportunity to tee off in a picturesque setting. The vibrant city center of Estepona is also within easy reach, just 9 km from the apartment. If you're looking for a taste of luxury, Puerto Banus is a short 14 km drive, while the bustling city of Marbella is 22 km away.
