The apartment was top and beautifully decorated. But the contact with room service was very bad, no service. Everything had to be done via app or messages. No personal contact to help you with questions or problems. You had to watch a video to access the apartment. There was a numeric lock on the door handle that didn't work properly either. And we never received a clear answer to the messages we sent. We had booked an apartment with a swimming pool, room service had forgotten to give the key. Not being able to swim for a whole week as you had to have a key for access. When we sent a message, we received a reply that we had to pick up the key in the office while they had forgotten. We were faced with a closed door at 11:15 am while the opening hours were 10 am - 4 pm. Sent back message, called that we were there and no response at all. What if something bad happened or we couldn't get into the apartment :(

Great apartment in a nice location. Feels like your in the mountains and only a short drive to get to the sea and the bustle of Marbella / Puerto Banus. Fully equipped apartment in a lovely spanish village with some nice bars and restaurants. Ideal for what we wanted
