Great apartment and great location The only reason I’ve given it a low rating is due to the excessive information they give only AFTER the booking and because the check in / out was so terrible. You have to collect and drop off the keys 4km away from the apartment and you can only be there from 15:00 for check in and before 11:00, cutting your time even further! (Not mentioned when I made the booking, I didn’t have a rental car and Ubers are expensive here) The address on Airbnb was wrong and all the buildings look the same so I didn’t know which one I was going into. The house hadn’t been cleaned and I walked in at 15:00. (Check in was 15:00, cleaners only arrived at 15:30 to clean from previous guests) You get small enough bath towels and you need to rent beach towels from the host if you need one Great house, not so great managing company

Ive given this property 5 Stars because its a new listing From someone who is a superhost in the UK with over 40 properties the management team could do a LOT better, instructions to enter the property where extremely long and laborious, communication was difficult at times but overall the property was fit for purpose A bit tight for a family of 4 people as suggested, 2 x adults and 2 kids, no main bathroom but instead a en-suite, which could prove difficult for 4 adults sharing and not really ideal for anything else This is someone’s home and the fact that a lot of the cupboard space was blocked off with locks on would also be difficult for a family to stay, the main wardrobe in the living room was locked, a very small wardrobe in the bedroom and nothing else I think this property is more suited to a couple The place is a clean and well equipped but needs proper management and I would be encouraging the owner to open up more space within the property
