Please note that there is a Water Alarm in the Kitchen, so, if there is water or the floor or it becomes wet, the alarm will go off. In that case what needs to be done is to wipe the floor, and maybe even dry it with a hairdryer.

My wife and I landed at 8 a.m. So we politely asked to pay an extra fee to be able to arrive at noon instead of 3 pm. The agency confirmed that it was impossible to have the apartment cleaned. Up to that point, everything was fine. However, once there, we found that the apartment was still not ready and we were only able to access it at 4 pm. Even then, it was in a deplorable state, with a wet floor. The apartment was infested with cockroaches, literally in every corner. Every day, morning, noon and night. There is no underground parking; good luck finding a space outside in the full sun!

The accommodation is beautiful and the services are top-notch. The area is very quiet, but a car is essential for shopping or getting around. The concierge service is very responsive, but we still had to wait 20 minutes on our arrival even though we had given advance notice of our arrival time. Otherwise, everything else is perfect :)

- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
