Depending on weather conditions in October and November, the three smaller pools are winterized and closed. They reopen in April, weather permitting.
Pool rules: No eating, drinking, or parties by the pool. Pets are not allowed.
Air mattresses and inflatable toys are prohibited, except safety devices for small children.
The sun loungers are private and reserved for residents only.

The accommodation was one of the best so far! Everything was great. Dishes and cutlery, which are usually not available in sufficient numbers, were plentiful. Everything is sparkling clean, tastefully decorated. We spent most of the evening on the terrace, which was just great. And then there's this view. A very successful holiday in a great accommodation. The office to pick up the keys is not so easy to find. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and the answers came promptly. Gracias!!!

The perks: Apartment matches the photos and description, spacious and comfortable, ideally located in a charming well supervised residence 5 min drive to corte ingles banus 13 min from Canada 40 min to Plaza Mayor The inconveniences: - Having to pick up the key from the agency in a shopping center 2 min by car, and having to return it to the same place - at check-in, cleaning was not done we had to leave the apartment for 3 hours the cleaning was done but the agency was responsive, and the communication was fluid with them - some problems with the towel dryer remained out of service despite 2 unsuccessful repair attempts In short, a good value for money, I highly recommend reviewing the key exchange system and especially at least welcome the person before because it's not easy to locate the apartment.

Beautiful clean well located place , a 10 on our books although i wish instead of having to pickup and return the keys it was a digital entry lock because when you have to leave at 4ham for an early flight it is not convenient at all to have to go return the keys . But definitely would stay there again and again .
