Had a fantastic stay here. Very well furnished to feel like home. You can see Morocco, the sea and the mountains from the bedroom balcony. Very excited to stay here again.

The apartment is really good…..but the bed is extremely soft and bouncy and should be replaced. Also just use sheets and a simple light duvet for summer. I think the aircon needs servicing-it battled in the heat

We be loved the apartment. Great location in a nice quiet neighborhood. Bed was amazing and we loved the choice of two terraces. Supermarket less than 5 minutes away and a really nice pool area. Taxi to the port was 5 euros. Honestly can’t find many negative things to say . Could maybe do with a fresh coat of paint in the hallway but other than that it was really clean.

Great apartment in a perfect location - a quiet community within walking distance of all the liveliness of Puerto Banus. The apartment is clean and has everything you need and the pool is also lovely. Not a bad word to say!

Good location however the place looks & feels used (chipped painting on walls, broken pieces on doors, hairs in bed, renovated a while ago cheaply , etc). The cleanliness wasn’t well done (the whole entrance smelled like vomit when I checked in). Checkin was a nightmare- you need to go get the keys at the rental company office a few streets away. It’s not very convenient with luggage. Also, one of the keys didn’t work so had to wait curb side with all my luggage for someone to come (they could have just done that to start instead of having clients cab to them first and then apartment). Very small shower. No cutleries. And the fridge us not a real full size one (can barely fit some things and water). Ok place for a few days only.

Great apartment, well decorated, great location. We were the only people at the pool (but did visit in Nov). Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting lovely accommodation within walking of the beach, marina and great restaurants

Everything was great, location, house equipment, development and pool, etc., the only thing is the couch covers and towels I had to wash them because they were so dirty. Otherwise, everything was very good and very attentive at all times during my stay! Thank you so much for everything! I'll be back!

Great apartment at a nice location allowing you to be close to the beach but still away from the crowded harbor area. Very professional routines for check-in and check-out, though a bit unusual and surprising to have to go through separate rental agreements outside of Airbnb’s standard terms. Unfortunately met with a bit of a rude service when asking questions about this additional paperwork. Nothing to complain about in regards to the apartment and complex itself – beautiful and way more value than the crowded hotels in the area.

Clean and spacious apartment in a good location. It was great to have two balconies, one to catch the beautiful sunset from the bedroom and the larger one in the living room to enjoy some drinks and snacks. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you could need to create some home cooked meals, my only issue was that some pots and pans were not compatible with the induction cooker and the ones that were weren’t in the best conditions. There was a BBQ in the outside balcony but instructions were not provided and the gas canister it connects to was empty. So unfortunately we weren’t able to make the most of this. The shared pool area was great with a large pool and plenty of space to catch some sun. Check in and check out are from the offices which is a 5 min walk from the apartment. It would be easier for the guests if they could be met with the keys outside the apartment especially considering most travellers will be there with luggage and may have to ask cabs to wait around. Overall would recommend staying at the apartment, clean, spacious and good facilities.

We booked with air bnb and the host employed room service the place was clean and tidy but the info said that the previous tenant was responsible for cleaning pots and pans so we felt it necessary to wash everything ourselves before using. Many of the plates and mugs were cracked and chipped and there wasn’t a kettle. The kitchen equipment instructions were not in English so we found them difficult to operate there wasn’t an inventory but we were responsible for breakages how can that be ?!? There was only 1 white towel each to last a week and no towels for the kitchen yet all pots had to be clean and put away on departure

Gorgeous apartment with tasteful interiors. Stunning views on front and back balconies. Supermarkets are within walking distance and the beach isn’t far either. The kitchen was well equipped and the entire place was spotless. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone!

Beautiful, tastefully furnished apartment, good amenities (washing machine, blow dryer, iron, kitchen utensils, Weber grill, Nespresso coffee machine, Wi-Fi, etc.) and centrally located to Puerto Banus, theverse restaurants/delis and supermarkets - even if it is less than 400m to the beach! Small things such as sufficient toilet paper, dish towels and soap are actually self-evident by the standard and more than a shower towel and towel for a 7-day stay would be appropriate in my opinion, no pool towels. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the ongoing construction measures in the apartment right next door. The key pick up & communication with Eva on site was good and went smoothly! Happy to come back Thank you very much

Staying in Fredrik's apartment was great time. Location very nice and quite.local shop just few minutes walk. Apartment itself very clean and bright. Kitchen got everything you need to prepare your meals. No problem to park your car outside the apartment. Highly recommend to anyone with kids because swimming pool is quite big and clean to. Everything as described.Unfortunately holiday come to the end.Will definitely coming back some time. Thanks

I do not want anything good to say about this wonderful apartment! Surely you can understand that when I endorse it, my opportunity to rent this wonderful apartment again decreases remarkably! So it is pretty average wonderful apartment, which makes all hotels kinda meaningless. So I'll be back and I hope that you are not just there...

Had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Puerto Banus. Everything we needed as a group of 4 girls was provided and it is a very spacious 1 bed apartment. Fredrik was very helpful with local taxi information to and from the airport. Location is perfect, shop and taxi rank within immediate vicinity and Puerto Banus is walkable. Would definitely return. Thanks!

Apartment identical to pictures, very nice and clean. Fully kitted out. Location perfect, 5 mins to supermarket and centro plaza, lots of restauraunts close by like vovem and la sala. The port and beach is about 15 mins or so away. Pool is quiet and nice, with no shortage of sun loungers so no rush getting down to the pool. The only downside is the aircon. It's not that strong and its on a meter card which ran out for us. You can get another one at a cost (not expensive but was towards end of our trip so didn't bother). We used sparingly, turned off when not in apartment, kept doors closed etc but still ran out. Didnt actually meet Frederik but another guy waited outside for us and showed us in. Would definitely recommend staying.

Fredrik was in touch promptly and answered all the questions we had before we arrived quickly. He was very helpful regarding transfers to and from the airport. The apartment was exactly as it appears in the photos, clean and well presented. The cupboards are well stocked with pots, pans and glasses and there are plenty of linen/towels. We were very happy with our stay and enjoyed the pool area. The walk to Puerto Banus marina takes about 15 minutes from the apartment but there are plenty of supermarkets/restaurants surrounding the apartment if you wanted a shorter walk. Great apartment, would definitely return.

The apartment was amazing, in the garden district which was quiet and very attractive. The place felt very safe as there was a locked gate to get into the complex and then obviously another key for the apartment. Puerto Banus itself was across a main road, so although not far, it did take about 15 minutes to walk to the beach or marina - which was not a problem for us, once we found our way. The lady who greeted us at the apartment was delightful and very helpful during our stay. We would definitely return.

The apartment was fabulous, just as described. Beautiful shady balconies both front and back. Brilliant position, everywhere within walking distance. Would recommend apartment and area wholeheartedly, bed was very comfy indeed! Airport transfer service found the apartment a little tricky to find.

This is a great apartment, well located for walking to restaurants, shops, etc. We enjoyed both the front and back balconies morning and evening, as well as the very nice garden setting. All the kitchen necessities were at hand, the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage.

We had a great stay at this one bedroom apartment in a great location near puerto banus. The location was spot on. The apartment was gorgeous with everything you needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony, clean and easily accessible from different parts of nueva andalucia. We would definitely stay here again. Frederick was a great host too, and was very easy to contact

Fredrik was very helpful and appeared promptly despite our later than planned arrival. He explained how everything worked quickly and clearly and speaks excellent English. It was slightly difficult to find the apartment at night but we managed. The apartment description was accurate. The place is perfect for a couple, very well equipped e.g. with Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, inductive hob, Weber grill on the patio, wifi, washer and dryer and flat screen TV. Basically everything you need. We were also provided with basics such as a few pods for the Nespresso etc which was a nice touch. The apartment has a luxurious feel. The wifi worked fine and the shower was strong. Clean sheets and towels were provided. The TV has a very limited selection of English channels - no Satellite or Cable so don't expect to watch much TV unless you speak Spanish. Bring your own device to connect to the TV to provide entertainment. The outdoor swimming pool is not heated so will be too cold for all but the strongest outside of peak summer. A minor niggle is that the bed is very soft foam style. Not a criticism but some may prefer a firmer bed. The apartment is a 10 min walk to Puerto Banus. The shortest route is to go to the south east corner of the casino (can't miss it) and there is a concealed underpass tunnel entrance which takes you under the highway to the port. There is also a small but well stocked supermarket about 100m north of the apartment. There is a big open air market on Saturdays nearby at the bullring which results in the road being full of parked cars. Parking otherwise is plentiful and free of charge on the street outside. The apartment is set back on a hillside so there is a short climb up. Several restaurants are nearby serving from early until late if you don't want to cook.
