Unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from construction in an apartment downstairs and Room service didn't seem interested in helping in the situation. They were loud all day with machines. The internet didn't work the entire stay and the lock was replaced while we were there because it didn't work but the owner fixed the problem because we couldn't use the lock.

The “luxury” apartment wasn’t so luxurious if I’m being quite honest. Definitely not worth the rate. To start off, walking into this place the pictures you viewed looks nothing comparable to the actual apartment. There was hair from prior guest covering multiple areas of the floor throughout the apartment. No towels for the shower could be found so we had to contact Roomservices. The light in one of the bathrooms didn’t work throughout the stay. Stains and marks cover multiple walls throughout the apartment as well. Most of the patio furniture was broken and as well as a chair in the dining room. I messaged Roomservices about the broken furniture and when they asked to send pictures I did so promptly. I never had a response nor apology for the inconvenience on our end. As instructed before leaving, the guest must run the dishwasher. I had to run it 3 times because it simply didn’t clean properly. I genuinely just think your money could be used somewhere else where the establishment is clean, trash could be picked up, and you don’t have to worry about anything.

Pretty clean apartment. Very good location, close to all amenities, very nice view of the sea in the distance and located in a pretty residence without an elevator. Small bemol on our arrival or our taxi absolutely did not find the place we took more than 30 minutes with 5 suitcases to access the apartment. In addition, I had specified before booking want to leave the apartment later, of course offering to pay extra. I asked twice, it was accepted, but a nasty surprise 48 hours before departure I was asked to leave the apartment at 11 a.m., even though our flight was at 8 p.m. I would have preferred to be told before booking that it was not possible and I would have booked an extra night! Overall, a very pleasant stay, thank you to the Room Service team!

Great place close to everything, Uber also works and is not so expensive, some things were broken but otherwise it was a great place, three balconies, 3 bathrooms and close to the police.

This apartment was lovely - really nicely designed and a great location about 5 min drive from H10 Andalucía Plaza, so really near to Purto Benus. There’s a supermarket and restaurant about a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Would stay again definitely

We had a wonderful holiday and the apartment was better than we imagined - a great base to explore from,but also a really relaxing space for days when you didn't feel like doing much. We were all very impressed and would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Marbella.

Beautiful apartment with great location, I have nothing to complain about this place. The pool area is really nice and it's only a 10 minute drive from Porto Banus and other great locations in Marbella. Would definitely recommend and return to Fredriks apartment.

Had a lovely stay in the apartment pool in complex was a great addition and within easy reach of everything we needed. The apartment was extremely clean and so stylish which made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Thanks for a great holiday.
