Manuel was great at the office when I collected the keys but after one night we had our apartment broken into and money stolen at 2pm in the afternoon. We suspect it was a resident as the cash was returned swiftly in a plastic bag left outside our door after speaking to a neighbour in the lobby after who was quick to tell us it happens regularly and is usually the ‘local spanish gypsies’. Very shady experience and we left after 1 day. Host extremely unhelpful with the entire experience also. Avoid at all costs.

Location is great but the place is smaller than advertised. There was no dedicated working station so I had to find a coworking space outside and all the baby equipment advertised was not there. The company managing the flat tried to make us pay extra in order for them to make available baby chair and bed which were advertised as present at the premises. We were also requested to drop off the keys at their offices located located 5.3 km away and in a very crowded area the day before departure.
