The space

The master bedroom has a king-size bed that has been lavishly adorned with the softest of linens. The ensuite bathroom has a shower with a rainfall showerhead, a large sink, and is stocked with soap and a hairdryer. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can easily be pushed together to form a larger bed.

The lovely open kitchen has been exceptionally stocked with all the necessities you need to cook a wonderful meal at home: induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee maker, pots and pans, baking dishes, serving trays, plates, bowls, cups, wineglasses, and more. The apartment has been equipped with a smart TV, high-speed internet, and satellite IPTV (Languages: Spanish and English).

To take in all the beautiful views from the large terrace (150 m²) and solarium, there are comfortable seating areas for you to soak in the sun, relax in the shade, and watch the beautiful sunrise and sunsets over the mountain and ocean.

The outdoor pool is just outside your door and can be enjoyed all year long. The community of Mesas Homes also has a heated indoor pool and gym for you to use at your leisure (located in another building). The building is located in a new neighbourhood with gorgeous views of the town of Estepona, sea, and mountain views.

The Wednesday weekly market happens just outside your doorstep, and the Sunday market is just a short stroll down to the Port. From the apartment, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the port, beach, or city centre. If you are looking for something more, the Centro Deportivo Las Mesas is just down the street with paddle ball courts, a commercial-sized gym, fitness trainers, and more.

Absolutely stunning apartment! Would 100% stay again. So nice that we ended up staying in in the evenings more than we thought we would. The terrace / balcony was so big and spacious and the decor throughout was stunning. I would just like to add that if you are landing in the evening, you need to pick up the keys from the office in a lock box which is a few minutes drive away. This wasn’t very clear as there are a lot of things you need to read through. This would not affect us staying again as like I said, it was beautiful and we had a lovely stay!

Bright accommodation, super comfortable beds, exceptional residence pool, very nice terrace! Room service is available for any issues to resolve, it's very nice to feel like you're considered as a guest. Only point to know, the accommodation is in the heights so it absolutely takes a car to go to the beach, to the center or do your shopping. Knowing that our flight was at 6pm we asked to enjoy the pool after check-out at 11am but it was refused .. thought to find an occupancy! Thank You

Nice Apartment, lovely view and big terrace. The location was approx. 15 min walking to the Port and 30-40 to Old Town. The team was very responsive and helpful when the flight was delayed to come up with a solution regarding the check in which was greatly appreciated by us. Apartment was clean and spacious the complex was spotless and all staff working there were very friendly and helpful.

Nice apartment with views of mountains, city and the sea. The walks from the hilltop location can be warm in the daytime sun, but worthwhile in both directions. Only drawback was that Wi-Fi didn’t work, but that is hopefully fixed for new guests. Estepona is very attractive with all the greenery and flowers. Many tourists in parts of the town, but at the same time full of everyday life of its inhabitants.

The apartment itself is very new and has teething problems, the main one being the aircon did not work whilst we were there causing unbearable heat to build up. The area in which the apartment is located is a building site / wasteland on the outside of Estepona. When we arrived a lot of the area immediately around was burned due to wildfire. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
