The villa grounds consist of a 1.600 m2 very private plot, with in a slightly raised position against the quiet street and neighbouring plots. The villa features a glazed veranda of 50 m2 overlooking the pool and garden. The veranda that can be heated in the cold season features a lounge area and a table for 5. Ceiling shades provide protection from the sun in the summer.
The massive pool of about 100 m2 features shallow area for kids to play, and an outdoor shower. The pool can be heated on request for an additional fee.
