After much thought, what I paid for this place was not worth it. We booked as a group of 8. 1) On day one, we had no water for hours. The property manager was dismissive and told us to check with neighbors, and that he would let the owner know about it. Only after we contacted Airbnb was it resolved in 30 minutes. The 8 of us had to use a pool bathroom—uncomfortable and unacceptable. 2) I requested an extra set of keys the next day—standard for a large group—but was told to drive across town to pick them up. 3) The indoor pool had a strong mold smell. 4) A bedroom door latch was broken. 5) Carpets were heavily worn and stained. 6) They charged extra for a baby cot, which felt petty. 7) I requested a partial refund due to the water issue, but never got a response. Overall, poor value and disappointing experience. The customer experience was terrible, and it just felt like they were more interested in taking my money.

We were 2 families (8 people) staying in the apartment. We were very happy with the accommodation, it was clean and fresh. 4 bedrooms but only 2 toilets with shower so desirable with 1 more shower when we were so many people. In bathroom with only toilet which is good. Fresh and good kitchen/sofa and dining table where we could hang out. Relatively large terrace where we could easily fit all 8. Also space for sofa and armchairs where it was nice to sit in em. 1 parking space in the garage but it was easy to park car no. 2 just outside. It took about 12-15 minutes to walk down to the harbor but it was hilly so quite difficult to walk home. About 10 minutes walk to grocery stores (Lidl, Mercadona), Aptoket. A great place to stay where 2 families can easily stay and hang out together. Contact with RoomService great, key was picked up in key bin and a short video was sent with so you could see how to get to the home and garage. We can absolutely recommend this home.

Lovely apartment, quite a few ‘handyman’ issues that need addressed like warped doors, shower trays, blocked sink in bathroom etc. expected for new build apartment, but still… No access to pool areas advertised as no access fob provided (for the days there was no pool ban due to water shortage). On requesting access fob, no solution provided which was disappointing. Other than above, we had a lovely stay in a lovely apartment, well located to enjoy the best of what Estepona has to offer.
