We had a good experience in this apartment. The space matched the photos, and there was good communication before our arrival. At check-in, there was someone waiting for us, which made the whole process simple and hassle-free. The garage is an added bonus, especially for the convenience and security it offers. The complex is quite large, has a very nice swimming pool and direct access to the promenade and the beach. The location is also very good, close to the seaport, where much of the area's atmosphere and vibrancy is concentrated. There are some aspects that could be improved in the apartment, but they are details that did not spoil our stay. Overall, it was a positive experience, and we consider it a good option for those looking to stay in this area.

Nice accommodation in a quiet environment, within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. A very nice destination. A fantastic 5 km beach promenade to Marbella, also suitable for children to walk, with swimming spots along the way. Clean and with many toilets along the way.

We had a great time! The accommodation is accurate to the photos, very clean and well-equipped. The location is ideal for enjoying the surroundings and everything was perfectly organised when we arrived. The host was available and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We strongly recommend and would not hesitate to return!

the worst checkin experience i have had in 10 years in AIrbnb. We waited for more than an hour because at the door because they were busy in other appartments. We try to call several times to be informed or rearranged it but it was impossible, only messages through W-app so a bit frustrating. When is 30 degrees waiting in the street is not the best option.

I didn’t stay here because they lied about parking availability so I scrambled to find a place to stay with my family and 2 weeks later I continue to await the full refund that Room Services also confirmed. Room services told me this (very busy) location had parking prior to my reservation, which was why I booked it, but when I arrived, there was no parking until the end of the week at the end of my stay. They lied to me and then tried to pass off parking at the end of the stay as useful. I was worried that I had been defrauded until passing the room services office on the way to the Westin La Quinta. This was a stressful experience. Also checking in itself was annoying. After they lied about a crucial amenity, the stress of having to scramble to have a place for my family, plus their annoying logistics to access the apartment, I would never book any Room Services apartment in the future. They are currently ignoring my inquiries about the full refund they confirmed.

Great location right by the port, great pool area, great view, the apartment was clean and as pictured. It had everything else you could want hair dryer etc even a coffee machine. Will definitely be back again. Great host.
