This penthouse has 2 floors with 2 amazing terraces fully furbished. Wonderful for chilling with your family while watching the mesmerizing views. It’s a new construction, very comfortable, and it’s 96 m². It has views of the waterfront and the mountain.

The penthouse is located 2 km away from Villa Cana sand beach, 4 km away from Los Flamingos golf course, 5 km away from Selwo Aventura theme park, and 6 km away from El Paraiso golf course. The location is a family-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.

The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, two 20 m² terraces, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, alarm, heat pump, air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, garage in the same building, 1 fan, and TV. We really enjoyed the property. Nicely furnished and decorated; comfortable bed; spacious terraces and a large community pool. However, despite the description of the property stating parking in the garage was included, we were not given access to the underground parking which meant we had to leave our car on the street which was not great especially considering the heat and that street parking was busier than we were told. The property management company took longer than 24h to accept our Airbnb booking because they wanted to verify our age, so we had to make a new booking for the same property when the price was higher which was very frustrating. They also insisted we drive to their office for the keys for both check in and check out and it was clear they had not visited the property before our arrival as we found the furniture on main terrace dirty, covered in a lot of sand-dust and still in their storage covers. This made them unusable for the first 2 days of our stay until the cleaning crew managed to come and clean. There was also a video camera left on in the living room that we needed to unplug. This might not have been intentionally left on, but regardless something the host should be responsible for. Having a camera in the property that is not disclosed upfront is unacceptable. It’s a great apartment in a very nice new development and convenient area. The host however, which is a service company, is not great and not in-line with that you’d expect from a top Airbnb. Multiple issues from booking, check-in, and having the property in the expected condition.
