It is a very spacious two-bedroom apartment with a living room, terrace and modern kitchen with bar to the living room, and two full bathrooms. No parking issues in a private area. There is a walk right by the beach to walk many kilometers. There are no shops nearby but 5 minutes in car you have them all.

Great property, very clean and well fitted out. Just note that you park outside the residence and need to climb two sets of stairs for access. Not a problem but be aware for anyone with restricted mobility! Overall lovely situation for a stay

We stayed in this apartment in the beginning of august 2018. The apartment is nicely furnished, it includes fully equipped kitchen, which is also well constructed in a way its spacious enough for several people cooking at the same time. The terrace is spacious and overlooks both little garden and the sea. The territory is clean and well maintained. It has a private parking and a pool with a bar. Due to the high season we had some troubles with the checking in. First we had to call several times to the manager to specify which apartment we are checking in and then we had to wait for the personal with the keys to meet us. Then when we walked to the apartment ourselves and communicated with the staff that was just finishing the cleaning, although we called prior from the airport that we will arrive in one hour, we finally got the keys and could get into the place. This was the only downside of our experience, other that that this is a great place for calm and comfortable family holiday.

We had a great stay - thanks for the easy handling! The location is a dream: directly by the sea, magnificent ambience on the balcony, the residential complex has a great pool and the apartment offered everything we needed. TOP! Gladly again!

A superb apartment, ideally located, when there is no work that spoils the view and is very noisy. There is a sewage odour problem to be addressed. Apart from that, recommended!

We had a really great stay in this apartment with great views and sun nearly the whole day. The meeting with Simon in the apartment was perfectly timed and cool. We could contact him any time, if necessary. Good kitchen and well equipped for cooking fans (+dishwasher!). I can recommend this apartment!

The place was identical to the photo, nothing was missing in the condo. The outdoor living room on the terrace was perfect, facing the beach, ideal for aperitif and quiet coffee in the morning. Very close to the village of Estepona, easily accessible by car for groceries. The resort near the pool is beautiful. Simon, very helpful and responds quickly to our questions. Place to remember!

We loved the condo, very well equipped and a nice location. The site is more beautiful than in the photos, with a small restaurant at the WOW pool. Pleasant people in a safe environment.
