We had a wonderful stay in Estepona. The apartment was very well located and was comfortable. The view was just spectacular. We can't wait to come back soon.

We LOVED our stay in Estepona!! The condo was wonderful and the view was AMAZING!!! Perfect size for our family of four. A short walk to the town center or the beach. Comfy beds and plenty of seating. The outdoor balcony was fabulous! (And that VIEW!!) The only small detail to note was the address from the guide takes you to the wrong building - was very confusing- map it yourself… Aside from that the place is great & we would definitely stay again!!

We were there with the family. The apartment has fantastic views of the bay up to Gibraltar. It was very quiet. The kitchen was above average.

Very nice apartment with everything you need and a great ocean view from the balcony. A little bit to walk to the "old town" but if you do not mind going for a little walk, the location was also very good.

Our stay in this apartment has not been positive. After agreeing with the agency the day and time of arrival several times (the day before and even the same day by whats app when we repeated that we arrived about 15:00 h and the agency told me again its agreement), we found that there was no one there and, after waiting a half hour on the street, with the heat of 15:00 in the afternoon and a 1-year-old baby, the agency indicated that the floor was still not clean and that we had to wait at least 1 hour more. It is unacceptable that having the floor free from 11 in the morning (check out time) four hours later is not available and we were made to wait in the street with the heat of the afternoon and a baby, especially when we had agreed several times the time of arrival with the agency. The wait was not the only thing. When we asked the person from the agency who stayed in the apartment for the baby crib and the high chair we had requested on several occasions (as we were traveling with a one-year-old baby) they had not brought it. Once we reached the floor we could see that 1 hour of cleaning had not been enough (or 50 minutes that we know because when we approached to see if they had finished we saw that the agency team was sitting on the street we have not known for how long). The apartment was dirty; under unacceptable conditions even though it is in a pandemic situation. We had to start cleaning and we took out 3 buckets of totally black water. We had to disinfect the crib with sanytol and the high chair was in unfortunate condition. The hood in the kitchen was greasy. Another example was that we found a bikini from the previous tenants in the laundry room. In short, they are advertised as a company that guarantees a safe stay and that ensures compliance with anti COVID measures by providing false information. In addition, they charge 156€ for cleaning costs that evidently does not correspond to the nefarious service provided. We lost the first day of vacation waiting on the street and, what is more serious, cleaning an apartment that was supposed to be resplendent (it is what is expected of anyone but more of this agency, according to the information advertised and, I repeat, even more at a time when cleaning is ESSENTIAL). Another data to highlight is the information corresponding to the distance between the apartment and the beach that does not correspond to reality. They advertise that it is 100 meters away obviating the stairs, slopes and, in short, the difficult access to the beach. Not recommended for going with a baby. Finally, we must highlight that the cleaning team who went to the apartment took our baby's sheets (who was already sleeping after having had him waiting on the street for more than an hour) that we brought from Madrid. When we called to ask them to bring them to us, the agency replied that they were “working” and didn't know where they were. At that time we told them that they would not have to have taken something that was not theirs and to bring them to us immediately (the patience had exhausted us and that we had not yet had to put ourselves to clean). When the representative of the agency arrived, my wife opened the door and told him that “your husband is a burden”, because I had called him on the phone twice… Again unacceptable. In short, not recommended.

Upon our arrival, they (cleaning company) asked us to enter at 4:30 PM due to delay in cleaning. Afterwards, both showers were dirty and did not drain properly, due to obstruction due to hairs. In the main bedroom the 2 pillows were missing. We called the host and he tried to resolve the issue; The next day they came back for 2 hours (we couldn't use the apartment), to clean again, the second shower was still clogged, we finally cleaned it ourselves to be able to be calm. Upon departure, I asked the host for the favor of leaving at 1:30 a.m., replacing all the time lost due to cleaning, but he only allowed me 30 minutes.

Nice apartment with a great balcony with view over Cristo Beach. The house is looking pretty bad but the apartment is nice enough.

The apartment is in the best location with undisturbed views of the Mediterranean Sea.
