Our property comfortably accommodates up to 3 guests. Please note that this capacity includes a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for everyone.The apartment is nice, is a new build, and is 79 m². It has views of the mountain and the garden.
The property is located 300 m from Estepona city, 300 m from Carrefour supermarket, 500 m from the restaurant, 800 m from Playa Estepona sand beach, and 5 km from Vale Romano golf course. The house is situated in a children-friendly neighborhood in a suburb.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: garden, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, gym / fitness centre, alarm, central heating, air-conditioned, communal swimming pool, communal heated swimming pool, garage in the same building, 1 fan, and 1 TV.
In the electric open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and juicer are provided.
At the moment, there is construction in front of the building.

The apartment was lovely, in a good location within walking distance of the town & beach, close to a weekly market and a great swimming pool. We had a major problem on our first night unfortunately, we had organised to have a high chair and travel cot in the apartment on arrival (and had double checked this prior to booking) but it was not there and was not supplied until the following day - only because we went to the offices to collect them ourselves. Air bnb were very apologetic on the message service and promised the items would be with us first thing the next morning but they were not. This is simply not acceptable if paying so much for an apartment and especially if you are travelling with a baby and have no cot for them to sleep in! In the end, despite our protests and offers to collect the items ourselves on arrival day, our messages were simply ignored. We were very unhappy about this issue. Other than this unacceptable problem at the beginning,our stay was good.

Great host and a great place to stay. Everything went great and everything was great. Clean and quiet apartment and sufficient for the price. The host was always available and helped with any issues. I would criticize: 1) that the bed was very uncomfortable; 2) that there were only 2 towels; 3) the check in instructions. It was difficult to find the apartment in the residential complex. Arrived at the apartment, a safety alarm went off, which we couldn't turn off because we didn't know how. But these are just small things. In summary, we were very satisfied and loved it.
