The price was too high, service downright bad before departure. There were some issues, however no explanation, no service, just threat that if we don't do what they wanted, we didn't get the key. Also not if we would take care of things ourselves in the day.

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment; the location is great with lots of restaurants and shops close by and a short distance from Puerto Banus. Perhaps for our family, the only unfortunate thing is that the pool is closed until 11am every day, which seems quite late. If you are travelling with children that's many hours in the morning when the kids are looking at the pool from the balcony unable to go there.

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment was clean and looks just like the photos. However, it would be great if we had 24/7 hot line with Room Services representatives because we got locked out of the apartment at night and needed help but unfortunately all representatives was out of service. other than that everything was great.
