It's our second time staying in this apartment. It is cool, cared for and private. The problem we encountered this year was that neither the washing machine, dishwasher or cold water in the kitchen were working. We talked a lot (we report it every day) with the hosts, but they didn't give us any solutions. Sincerely, this experience has hindered our summer very much, and although the house is well equipped and prepared, having to wash the towels in laundry and dishes by hand every day, is not what we expected. A disappointment, to be honest. Removing that, it's a good apartment and hopefully this wouldn't have happened to us…

Neither dishwasher nor washing machine worked throughout my stay and there was no cold water in the kitchen, so it was extremely complicated to do the dishes beforehand. Although the host responded quickly to messages, no resolution or compensation ever came. Disappointed. Had to check out at 3 pm instead of 11 am at no extra cost, which was appreciated.
