We got to the apartment after the check in time. It wasn’t cleaned. 2 hours delay with cleaning after we called to advise them that the place wasn’t cleaned after the last guests. Aircon does not work. The patio furniture is unusable because it’s broken and unraveling. The fridge is rusted on the side. The bath tub has mould in the grout. We didn’t stay, we booked ourselves into The Capital instead, for the duration of our holiday at triple the cost. We didn’t hear from the host and Airbnb despite reporting it immediately. Only resolved the next day, we requested a refund.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. It was clean and beautifully furnished. Once we checked in everything was went smoothly. We were unable to watch DSTV and were disappointed when no one assisted. Other than that we had a lovely time.

Pictures don’t do justice to the place , beautiful apartment with great seaview. There is a shuttle service drives you to places around the estate. Host communication was perfect. For a first timer travelling with kids Iam impressed❤️

Zimbali suites is right next to the capital so it was easy to access everything within the estate. The shuttle service to the valley of the pools is also very convenient. The unit itself was clean, spacious and has a spectacular view of the ocean from the balcony.

The unit is beautifully decorated and looked clean. There was an issue with the bedding in the main bedroom but it was resolved the next day. The host was always available to assist . There was no wifi as promised and the receptionist told us that it is a well known fact that no units had wifi at Zimbali suites and they were still in the process of installing fibre. It was very disappointing that at this day and age there are still places with no wifi.

We truly got the best value for what we paid on this trip. Euphoric team of booking agents were on the ball from day 1, making sure we have all the correct information and recommendations. The unit itself is exactly as the pictures, but what you cannot see is the peace and tranquility from this clean, perfectly decorated and spacious unit. The estate itself is rather strict but if you have a good booking agent like Euphoric, the process is seemless. Everything you need is available on the estate, just relax and enjoy your trip. Thanks Euphoric, you guys have been epic and this apartment was excellent!

It is a great location within the Zimbali estate, although we were not allowed in certain areas due to congestion (prioritized the hotel guests access). Had some issues with how clean the unit was, but that was corrected over a 2-3 day period.

The place was amazing, incredible & better than expected. It was very cosy & comfortable. Loved the balcony which was accessible from the bedroom & lounge. The host was very efficient & prompt with their response & took care of all our needs. Everything was just perfect! Will definitely book again.

Location very next to hotel allowing you to have nice dinner and also shuttle bus to Valley of pools which makes stays really pleasant. Walking distance to beach (not swiming beach) and kiddies playground. Very nice corner appartement exactly as described. Estate is huge and beautiful. Restaurants at pools makes you feel as at island vacation. We enjoyed.

Great place, caring and professional host. Great location. Responsive and well looked after. Beautiful clean apartment. Great backup system for loadshedding. Excellent vacation choice. Security at Zimbali is extremely tight. We had lots of issues at gate. So just tripple check all reservation details and insist on host to check that gate access is good. Other than that. 5 stars 🌟

I have used Airbnb at least twice a year for a good few years now, and in all my time using it, this has sadly been the worse experience with a host I have had. In fact, the only undesirable host from all the hosts. However, I believe the experience with the host was a reminder of why it’s better/easier/convenient booking in a hotel. Zimbali is a very beautiful place. The suite was very beautiful as well, for the price we paid. Will definitely love to return to Zimbali but maybe next time either through The Capital Hotel or through a super host. The process with the host and accommodation prior arrival, although lengthy and detailed, was not the issue. That part of the booking process was still fine and easy to complete.

Beautiful place, needs to be fumigated as there are big roaches. The host is quite hostile in their approach to guests. I wanted to cancel but unfortunately there is a non refund policy.

The location is beautiful. Thoroughly enjoyed the estate. I love the scenery and tranquility. The apartment was dirty. The floors and showers were dirty. There’s a terrible smell of the carpets. It was not pleasant at all. The apartment is not well maintained.

Best Airbnb I've ever booked. Luxury, opulence, high class status, it's Zimbali after all. Stunning apartment suite, everything you could ever need is provided. Scenic ocean views in lavish surroundings. Tranquil peace and quiet. I wish I never left. 5 star host for a 5 star suite in a 5 star estate.

Stunning place , perfect location , comfortable beds with soft linen . The unit just needs more self catering items to enable guests to clean , no vacuums , washing machines , brooms or cleaning clothes were provided so it’s hard to keep clean and then you get charged an additional cleaning fee over the one you have paid
