The unit is beautifully decorated and looked clean. There was an issue with the bedding in the main bedroom but it was resolved the next day. The host was always available to assist . There was no wifi as promised and the receptionist told us that it is a well known fact that no units had wifi at Zimbali suites and they were still in the process of installing fibre. It was very disappointing that at this day and age there are still places with no wifi.

We truly got the best value for what we paid on this trip. Euphoric team of booking agents were on the ball from day 1, making sure we have all the correct information and recommendations. The unit itself is exactly as the pictures, but what you cannot see is the peace and tranquility from this clean, perfectly decorated and spacious unit. The estate itself is rather strict but if you have a good booking agent like Euphoric, the process is seemless. Everything you need is available on the estate, just relax and enjoy your trip. Thanks Euphoric, you guys have been epic and this apartment was excellent!

It is a great location within the Zimbali estate, although we were not allowed in certain areas due to congestion (prioritized the hotel guests access). Had some issues with how clean the unit was, but that was corrected over a 2-3 day period.

The place was amazing, incredible & better than expected. It was very cosy & comfortable. Loved the balcony which was accessible from the bedroom & lounge. The host was very efficient & prompt with their response & took care of all our needs. Everything was just perfect! Will definitely book again.

Location very next to hotel allowing you to have nice dinner and also shuttle bus to Valley of pools which makes stays really pleasant. Walking distance to beach (not swiming beach) and kiddies playground. Very nice corner appartement exactly as described. Estate is huge and beautiful. Restaurants at pools makes you feel as at island vacation. We enjoyed.

DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must pay a R2,500 refundable security deposit to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking. Please note that an additional non refundable service fee of R47 will be charged. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. In the event of a claim a 15% service fee will be charged. While the security deposit will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. Infants are allowed but NO baby beds/cots are provided. These will need to be brought in by the guest. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. OUTSTANDING DOCUMENTATION AND PROCESSES We require all documentation and processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in.
