'Festa do Banho 29' (29 August)
Please note that each year on 29 August Lagos celebrates the traditional 'Festa do Banho', which includes historical recreations, food and drinks, traditional swimwear parades and lots of musical entertainment.
This is a great way to experience the local culture.
The location for this event is usually on the beach directly opposite the block where this apartment is situated - which means that you will have a great view of the party and will be able to experience the wonderful atmosphere - but keep in mind that there will be loud music from the party.
The 'Festa do Banho' takes place on 1 night only (29 August).
However, other events may take place before that date.
Please take this into consideration if you are intending to stay in this apartment at the end of August.

Sean’s place is absolutely stunning. It is pristinely clean, in an amazing location with a gorgeous view from every room. The terrace was a nice way to end the day with a glass of wine and a great way to start the day and enjoy your coffee. This could be the nicest AirBnB we have ever stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lagos. We spent a week at this location after spending the first week between Porto and Lisbon so we were looking to relax. The location is perfect. It was so nice to wake up to this beautiful view and end the day on the balcony just watching the water and activities. The condo is beautiful. There is a musty smell in the front bathroom as previously mentioned. There was more than enough room for two couples to be together but also have privacy. We enjoyed walking to so many restaurants and shops. We took the train in and walked to this location so very accessible. And of course the beach is just across the street. The company was as very easy to deal with and responsive to all of our inquiries very quickly.

Great communication and a fantastic location. The bathroom smell (as mentioned by others) is very strong, but it we still had a great time. We would stay here again.
