This is a great place as long as you adjust your expectations. We wanted a place to be located centrally in Madrid so we could explore the surrounding areas. We spent very little time in the apartment, mostly for sleeping. The apartment does not have great views or beautiful internal design. But it is located very close to all central areas of interest and has a comfortable bed and couch and a clean shower, this was all that we needed. The host was responsive and the place was very easy to find.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights with our chihuahua, after almost a month in Andalucia, before flying back home to Puerto Rico. The apartment was perfect for our short stay. Very modern, very clean, comfortable, good WiFi, good AC, great security. The neighborhood is very walkable, with lots of nice coffee shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets etc. I would not hesitate to stay her again, even for a longer trip to Madrid.

I don't really know how to rate the apartment. The location is perfect. Check-in worked well. Communication was also very good. The apartment is very small and, in our opinion, inferiorly equipped. Only the most necessary things are there, and they are of very cheap quality. It is almost impossible to cook something for yourself. There were some shortcomings. Our message about this was quickly responded to and at least an attempt was made to fix it. Normally, I would say the apartment is not worth the price. However, I cannot really estimate the price level in Madrid. If you only stay a few days like us, want to have short distances to great places and don't want to cook anything yourself, you can recommend it. Travellers by car: parking costs €40/day.

The apartment was very clean and separated by rooms, perfect for 2 people, you can make use of the sofa bed that was very comfortable, it just lacked fitted sheets and a warmer blanket according to my friend, the kitchen equipped although we gave it little use, only, the morning coffee. The bathroom, impeccable and well organised. we only had one drawback. There was a major construction project, right in the building next door, wall to wall to my room that started very early and did not let us rest in the morning. Rodrigo tried to stop the drilling and the banging on the wall and that noise ended at noon, a little late, because we were ready to leave, but at least there was a reaction and the second night we rested. It is a first floor of a building of 5, with very thin walls and you can hear the neighbors but with earplugs you can rest. This has been our experience. Although I repeat the apartment is cute, it's a pity that you can hear everything. Madrid is 💖 and good food.

Rules and Recommendations for your Stay: 1. Please remember this is a private home, not a hotel. We appreciate you leaving it as clean as possible for the next guest. 2. If you decide to smoke inside the apartment, we ask that you do it with the utmost care to avoid damage to the furniture, textiles and other elements of the accommodation. Any damages caused will be the responsibility of the reservation holder. 3. Turn off lights when away. Energy saving is appreciated! 4. Respect neighbors' peace. Please do not make noise between 11 pm and 8 am and avoid partying in the home. Madrid has fabulous places to party. 5. At the end of your stay: • Turn all the lights off. • Close the windows. • Lower all blinds • Place all trash in a single point for easy collection. • Leave the keys in the wooden container in the entrance, which is located in front of the phone. 6. Guests not included in the reservation are not allowed to stay overnight in the house. However, you can bring guests to lunch or dinner. 7. Intermediate cleaning is not included in the price. If you need extra cleaning, the cost must be agreed and covered. 8. If the house is left in very poor cleaning condition, an additional charge of €90 will be applied. 9. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest for the cost of repair or replacement. 10. There will be no change of towels or linen during your stay. According to the regulations, one shower towel and one hand towel per guest are provided for stays up to one week. For longer stays, two of each type are delivered. 11. To use streaming TV services, you will need your own platform subscription. 12. Be careful with the key. This is a patented key and your loss will cost €40. 13. Towels, linens, furniture and other furnishings in the apartment must be used with care. In the event of permanent stains or damage that cannot be removed with standard cleaning, an additional cost will be applied to cover the replacement or restoration of the affected item. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 24 hours before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the official cancellation are fully refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
