Charming apartment, furnished with great taste, new, cozy, very clean, quiet, with shops and bars and restaurants nearby, in a very well maintained and quiet building. We recommend it for a stay. Subway a few minutes away by foot.

We had a great time in Madrid and in the apartment. It is beautiful, clean and in a good location. It's a bit noisy but otherwise it was great. The personal welcome and the tips for restaurants were particularly great! Thanks for the wonderful time.

Stay from 17 to 23 October 2025. The apartment is in a quiet suburb, it is extremely clean and well maintained. Everything we needed was there, including a coffee maker, microwave and even a hair dryer. It is very easy to get to the city centre by metro; the metro station is two minutes from the apartment. Taking a card of 10 entries, it comes to one euro per trip, which is very reasonable. Marta and Enrique suggested some restaurants, and we fell in love with one in particular, La Originale, an excellent Italian restaurant. The advantage of living in this suburb is that the cost of restaurants is significantly lower than in the city. Marta and Enrique respond very quickly to their message, he seems available at all times which is extremely appreciated. The process for taking possession of the keys was very simple. I would definitely recommend you, Marta and Enrique

We had a wonderful time without this apartment. Good location 20-30 min from the city center by metro (station 5 min walk) , ideal if you want to sleep well at night. Shops and restaurants right next door. Very responsive host to messages. We'll be happy to go back.

    The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all accompanying guests. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants coming to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose main tenant declares a purpose other than tourism: professional, work-related, academic, teaching, medical, congress attendance, cultural, remote work, etc. For this reason, we must sign a contract stating the purpose of the stay. No further explanation is required. The contract must be kept in the apartment and shown upon request. Additionally: Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or the police must come to the apartment, we will charge €250 for the call-out service. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. Do not make noise in the stairwells or inside the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is a noise law in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding €300 per person. It is prohibited to leave garbage in the apartment. Every night, there are grey bins with orange lids on the street. Use the yellow lid for packaging, and the brown lid for organic waste. The last night is especially important. Taking garbage out in the morning is not allowed. If we must remove it ourselves, the cost is €25. If you cook, you must clean the utensils you used. Towels are for personal drying only. They are not cloths or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of unusable towels due to misuse is €20. Clothes may not be hung on balconies or exterior windows. Use the drying racks provided. For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs exceeding €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...). Only declared tenants may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized individuals is grounds for immediate termination of the contract and eviction. In compliance with national security law, we are required—because it is mandatory—to collect guests' information to submit it to the police. We will require a photo of an official ID. For self check-ins, a selfie is also required. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The fine is €300 out of respect for others. If keys are lost, we must change the lock. The cost is €120. A welcome pack is provided and usually lasts two days. We do not supply items for the entire stay. It includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can offer late check-in, but we have decided to charge: €20 from 21:00 to 22:00, €30 from 22:00 to 00:00, €50 from 00:00 to 01:00, and €100 after 01:00. If the tenant violates the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to remain in the apartment and will not receive any refund.
