It was a great experience. The location is excellent because it is very quiet and sheltered, and you can easily walk to the best places in Madrid. Everything in order and a nice apartment. The hosts were really kind in their messages and suggestions and always responsive.

Our stay here was great. The apartment is perfect, and has everything you may need as a couple travelling. The location of the apartment is a few minutes from the many tapas bars of Calla de la Cava Baja, and not far from the main squares of the city. It is within walkable distance of the many delights of Madrid. We really enjoyed the city in general, and the apartment really was a good choice for our visit.

A really great apartment in La Latina. We felt very comfortable. Beautifully furnished, a super comfortable bed and everything you need – but you should be aware of the following: it is really, really small. The bathroom in particular is tiny; there is nowhere to put things. We are both slim and not tall, and we could hardly turn around. It is also a typical Spanish house with very thin walls. You can hear the neighbours talking and showering. Unfortunately, the neighbours also smoke, and the smell clearly drifted into the flat, which was very unpleasant for us with a small child. Of course, Marta and Jorge are not to blame for that. They are very proactive and warm hosts and allowed us to check in earlier – thank you very much again ❤️

Additional rules
The principal tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all the persons accompanying him. Since 2025 this property cannot host tenants who come to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose manager claims to have a different purpose than tourism: professional, work, studies, teacher, doctor, congress attendance, cultural, telecommuting, etc. For these reasons, we must sign a contract, justifying the reason for the stay, it is not necessary to explain anything else. The contract must be kept in the apartment, and must be shown at any request. Also: - Parties are prohibited and will constitute grounds for termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If private vigilante or police have to go to the apartment we will charge 250 euros for the warning service. - Respect the neighbors' peace and quiet. Do not make noise on stairs or in the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. There's a law against noise in Madrid, with cash fines of over 300 euros per person. It is forbidden to leave the garbage in the apartment, every night there are gray cubes with orange lid on the street, for containers, the lid is yellow, para organic , brown. The last night is very important, it is forbidden to take the garbage out in the morning on the street, if we have to take it out we costs 25 euros - If you cook, you have to clean the utensils you have used - Towels are for personal drying, They are not makeup rags or wipes or shoes. The cost of useless towels due to misuse is 20 euros. - Clothes may not be hung on the balcony or outside window. You have to hang the washing on the drying racks. - In rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for the costs of supply starting from €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...) - Only declared tenants can enter the house, the presence of other people without authorization is reason for termination of the contract and immediate expulsion. In compliance with the national security law, we need, because it is mandatory, the guest information to give them to the police. We will need a photo of a government-issued ID. On self check-in, selfie. - No smoking in the apartments, the fine is 300 euros out of respect for others - If the keys are lost, we must change the lock, it costs 120 euros. - There is welcome pack that usually lasts two days, we do not leave items for the entire stay, includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, kitchen soap, scouring, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). If the tenant violates the rules, he acknowledges that he loses the right to continue in the apartment without obtaining any reimbursement. - Gather used towels

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
