In the heart of La Latina neighborhood, 5 minutes away from the Latina subway. From the moment you set foot on the street you will feel Madrid.
On Sundays the flea market, the canes and tapas, on Saturdays the market of La Latina. and the rest of the sseman, Cascorro, the Cava Baja and the surroundings of the Palza Mayor.
It is ideal to enjoy the city, you have all Madrid at your fingertips.
The space
Separate spaces, the double bedroom, the living-dining room-kitchen and the bathroom which is small but functional, air conditioning throughout the apartment.

Wonderful Stay in Madrid! I had a fantastic stay at Marta Y Enrique's! The apartment was spotless, very clean and neatly organized, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location couldn’t be better — close to everything, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot and by public transport. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to provide great advice and recommendations about local spots, restaurants, and things to do. They truly cared about making my stay enjoyable. I am already planning to return to the same place for my next trip to Madrid. Highly recommended!

    The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all accompanying guests. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants coming to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose main tenant declares a purpose other than tourism: professional, work-related, academic, teaching, medical, congress attendance, cultural, remote work, etc. For this reason, we must sign a contract stating the purpose of the stay. No further explanation is required. The contract must be kept in the apartment and shown upon request. Additionally: Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or the police must come to the apartment, we will charge €250 for the call-out service. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. Do not make noise in the stairwells or inside the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is a noise law in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding €300 per person. It is prohibited to leave garbage in the apartment. Every night, there are grey bins with orange lids on the street. Use the yellow lid for packaging, and the brown lid for organic waste. The last night is especially important. Taking garbage out in the morning is not allowed. If we must remove it ourselves, the cost is €25. If you cook, you must clean the utensils you used. Towels are for personal drying only. They are not cloths or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of unusable towels due to misuse is €20. Clothes may not be hung on balconies or exterior windows. Use the drying racks provided. For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs exceeding €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...). Only declared tenants may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized individuals is grounds for immediate termination of the contract and eviction. In compliance with national security law, we are required—because it is mandatory—to collect guests' information to submit it to the police. We will require a photo of an official ID. For self check-ins, a selfie is also required. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The fine is €300 out of respect for others. If keys are lost, we must change the lock. The cost is €120. A welcome pack is provided and usually lasts two days. We do not supply items for the entire stay. It includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can offer late check-in, but we have decided to charge: €20 from 21:00 to 22:00, €30 from 22:00 to 00:00, €50 from 00:00 to 01:00, and €100 after 01:00. If the tenant violates the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to remain in the apartment and will not receive any refund.

Property Manager Terms

  • For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
