Very nice apartment, close to the Puerta del Sol, very responsive and very nice host. Perfect for a short stay, a bmol stairs quite steep when motor difficulties. We were delighted with this apartment and the exchanges with our host and will be delighted to return there during a next stay

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment was clean, eell-designed and in a great location. We especially loved having late night snack on the balcony with a terrific view. Everything mentioned in previous reviews is true – it’s on a high floor, but for that you get a location in the heart of the city. Marta was incredible. She provided all the information in advance and has an amazing guide for the apartment that explains absolutely everything – from how to use the microwave to restaurant recommendations. Honestly, it’s the first time I’ve seen such a detailed and thoughtful guide. Marta answered all our questions and was extremely supportive throughout our stay.

    The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all accompanying guests. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants coming to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only host groups whose main tenant declares a purpose other than tourism: professional, work-related, academic, teaching, medical, congress attendance, cultural, remote work, etc. For this reason, we must sign a contract stating the purpose of the stay. No further explanation is required. The contract must be kept in the apartment and shown upon request. Additionally: Parties are strictly prohibited and will result in the termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or the police must come to the apartment, we will charge €250 for the call-out service. Please respect your neighbors’ rest. Do not make noise in the stairwells or inside the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. There is a noise law in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding €300 per person. It is prohibited to leave garbage in the apartment. Every night, there are grey bins with orange lids on the street. Use the yellow lid for packaging, and the brown lid for organic waste. The last night is especially important. Taking garbage out in the morning is not allowed. If we must remove it ourselves, the cost is €25. If you cook, you must clean the utensils you used. Towels are for personal drying only. They are not cloths or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of unusable towels due to misuse is €20. Clothes may not be hung on balconies or exterior windows. Use the drying racks provided. For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs exceeding €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...). Only declared tenants may enter the property. The presence of unauthorized individuals is grounds for immediate termination of the contract and eviction. In compliance with national security law, we are required—because it is mandatory—to collect guests' information to submit it to the police. We will require a photo of an official ID. For self check-ins, a selfie is also required. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The fine is €300 out of respect for others. If keys are lost, we must change the lock. The cost is €120. A welcome pack is provided and usually lasts two days. We do not supply items for the entire stay. It includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, dish soap, sponge, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can offer late check-in, but we have decided to charge: €20 from 21:00 to 22:00, €30 from 22:00 to 00:00, €50 from 00:00 to 01:00, and €100 after 01:00. If the tenant violates the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to remain in the apartment and will not receive any refund.
