Enjoy your stay in this spacious and functional apartment. Great location, close to the subway. Some kitchen utensils were missing, and the cleaning could be improved. The blind in the master bedroom was broken and could not be repaired during our stay, so there was no way to ventilate the room. With the heat, the nights were difficult, especially with a baby.

We had a great stay, the hosts had lots of helpful suggestions and communicated well. They went out of their way to accommodate a late check in, which was very kind, but be aware, there is a significant additional fee for this. Would recommend their place, and will stay again if we return!

A very good flat with all the necessary comforts. However, there was a lack of rigour with regard to the services offered. In light of the inconveniences encountered, we note that there was a responsive approach to resolving them. A very friendly person came to deal with this. However, there was no gesture of goodwill in response to the series of inconveniences we encountered (blinds that they tried to repair but which did not block out the light completely and were crooked, a water leak issue that was resolved the next day, and missing kitchen utensils, which were reported and replaced immediately). Furthermore, in terms of communication, I didn't get the impression that I was dealing with the same people via the Airbnb website (which was very good) and via WhatsApp, with a difference in the 'tone' of the support provided. Given the amount we paid, and the fact that we provided answers to everything we were asked, I think a gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. However, it is still a conveniently located property with a pleasant living area. The garage is extremely useful.

We had a great stay. The apartment is spacious, light, and comfortable. We loved the location -- it's a great residential neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, shops, and 2 metro stations. We had a car and the apartment included parking and has quick access to highways. The furnishings were comfortable, though the apartment was particularly limited with hand towels, toilet paper, and dish towels (or paper towels) in the kitchen. We would happily stay here again.

It's a nice apartment in a good neighborhood. Easily reachable by public transport. We were five friends. I would recommend only 3–4 friends if you'd want to sleep all by yourself (sleeping sofa included). Communication with the host was very good. The wifi stopped working and they fixed it very quickly. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt comfortable.

The location of the apartment is not in central Madrid but we appreciated the neighborhood feel. There were plenty of good restaurants and excellent bakeries/cafes. Definitely check out Treintaciento! Overall, the space was big enough for our family of 6 but was definitely cozy. Be sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and paper products like paper towels (although there were extra towels we weren't sure we should/could use them for the kitchen). Marta and her son were very friendly and responsive when necessary. I'd recommend for longer trips!

It was a real pleasure to stay in this apartment. It has all the comforts, shampoo and body soap in all the bathrooms, more than enough toilet paper, clean towels and leftovers. Soap and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. A super practical apartment. In general, you don't have to think about anything. The hosts were very nice and attentive, sending us messages to see if everything was okay, sending recommendations of places and places to eat. It has all the comforts to go with children, there were books and construction games that have come phenomenal to entertain the little ones. We would definitely repeat it.

This place in Madrid was perfect for our group of six. There was plenty of room for our group. The living room space provided us room to hang out, which is unusual for some European spaces. There are also two Metro stops very close so it’s easy to get anywhere you want to go. I’d definitely book with them again!

The location and the size of the apartment was great. There is only one wall air conditioner in the unit and the air does not get back to the bedrooms so unfortunately it was very hot at night. The walls are dirty and the furniture felt unclean. Not the hosts fault but there is a dog in the apt below that barks all day long. Overall, an ok stay. Host was wonderful and provided help when needed.

The apartment was very good, since it had a lot of space and good acoustics, but the parking is quite tight if you have a very large or wide car. I just think the doors and walls need a little maintenance, but everything else is very good. I don't know how it will be in the middle of summer, but for spring it's great because you don't need air or a fan. If you watch TV, it's a bit old, maybe I should leave a smart TV, the wifi is perfect, you can telecommute.

Conveniently located within a block or so from metro and bus stations, and from cafes and restaurants. Peaceful and spacious apartment, great for someone with kids, across from children's part. Marta was very responsive and considerate. I was there with my spouse and my sister's family of three, visiting Madrid and surrounding areas. Spacious and bright apartment a stone's throw from the center of Madrid, reachable by car from two different metro stations just a short walk from the apartment (about a 5-minute walk each). It is also a very quiet neighborhood and is suitable for families with children / teenagers. The kitchen is very well equipped with dishes, pots and dishes and also various appliances (traditional oven, microwave, American coffee maker, etc.). The apartment comfortably accommodates six people and no problem with the bathrooms since it has 3 !

The landlords are extremely friendly and accommodating and very reliable. Lovely apartment! About the apartment: The apartment is very large has a lot of space for a lot of people. However, the apartment is very outdated and in need of renovation. Tables are bursting on the surface and a lot of furniture just worn / with the bedding the seams open. The apartment is very cold at night, heaters only work to a limited extent. The facility is scrambled together like in a student apartment. When we came in, the clothes rack was still completely stocked in the living room. Cabinets do not close and are not lockable. The package is already going up from the floor. The apartment is great in size and the location is perfect but it should be completely renovated. The neighbor over it gets up daily at 7:00am and makes an early Spanish music party with his family in the bathroom. Anything but quiet. The trip was great. The landlords super friendly and helpful.

The stay went very well. The apartment was clean, is well located and the description matches the listing. The kitchen is great, 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms with a cozy room, not to mention the garage, which in that area is essential. Marta Y Enrique were very attentive and everything went well with the check-in and checkout. The least positive point that does not lead us to give 5* is related to the general condition of the apartment that needs some renovations: some shutters do not run down and are dirty, the walls are in need of a painting, the shower in one of the bathrooms was not operational. It is undoubtedly an apartment with a lot of potential that will be highly valued with the renovations we suggest.

Great apartment, easy to get into central Madrid on the Metro. Parking was essential for us, a bit tight with a large family car but we managed. I think the accommodation had a couple of small changes since the photos were taken. Lots of space, well equipped, great kitchen, but the decor and some soft furnishings are a little jaded and would benefit from a refresh.

Excellent hosts. The apartment is true to the photos. The neighborhood has several restaurants and supermarkets not so well known but very good. As the apartment is rented with parking one can tour the rest of the city and its surroundings with ease. The apartment was very comfortable for our family, it has everything you need and even left travel guides and board games. The apartment was clean. Having double glass is very quiet. The only suggestion I have is that they add an A/C in the master bedroom. The air is in the living and in summer it is very hot to sleep only with a ceiling fan (although it is a personal opinion, there are people who prefer to sleep without air conditioning).

The accommodation is great. Very comfortable, quiet, with its own parking space. Very spacious and with everything you need to spend a good day. There are some recently renovated areas, but the ones that haven't been done need fixing soon (a radiator that won't turn down, a door that won't close, etc.). Overall, though, we had a great stay, and Marta's service was fantastic.

It is a beautiful property located at a very quiet place. Metro station is very close by. There are restaurants, supermarkets etc just next to the building. Our host Marta has been very responsive and guiding us with nearby restaurant details and we really felt very comfortable reaching her all the time. I had a great experience with Enrique and Marta as hosts. The apartment was spotless and located in a central area. Plus, the metro was less than a five-minute walk away, and plenty of amenities were nearby, including a pharmacy and grocery store. This is a wonderful apartment. The metro is just around the corner, so if you want to visit all the tourist hotspots but still get to relax somewhere peaceful, this is it. The area is very comfortable, all mainly for the locals, and yet everything is easy to reach. Classical music fans will find the offerings at the Auditorium just around the corner, quite wonderful. The apartment is well set up, lots of space, everything works, and the building is clean and quiet. Answers and information were quick and helpful and I was very happy here indeed! Actually my second visit to this apartment, and I am already looking forward to the next one!

The apartment is mostly like the photos, with a few updates (new suite bathroom was a nice surprise), and a couple of areas needing some maintenance. The apartment is large and comfortable and had everything you need. The neighborhood is quiet, though you will listen the street and neighbors noise at night. It is super well located, next to the metro and easy to get to anywhere in Madrid. Rosa, Marta and Enrique are responsive hosts and we mostly appreciated the great flexibility on check in (we checked in super late) and check out (we checked out a but later as well). All in all, we do recommend this apartment as a base to visit Madrid.

My daughter and my parents were very well in Rosa's apartment who received us. My mother was able to cook when she wanted and the subway was close to us to go anywhere. The apartment is spacious and in a very safe area and Rosa responded to our queries promptly. Highly recommended.

We were very comfortable with the whole family. The Piso is spacious, comfortable and located in a quiet, central and very good area, It also has a garage square in the same building and makes it even more complete. Marta and Gerardo’s place is exactly as described and as the fotos show with the exception of minor maintenance issues (one of the blinds in the living room wasn’t working properly, it wouldn’t close when we tried to close it, also, the kitchen had some disperfections, both of which we got blamed for because I made the mistake of not reporting it in a timely manner). The apartment is very well located in a residential area and there are many restaurants and supermarkets close by. It’s only a few block always from the metro Prosperidad. The apartment fits 7 people (two in each room and one in the living room) so it’s ideal for large families. Although the apartment was clean when we arrive (it smelled like it had been cleaned hours before our arrival) we did encounter some issues on closer inspection: the oven was full of grease and had to be cleaned by us, we had to wash all the plates and cutlery because many had food residue on them, there was a lot of dust on pillows in the living room, the towels smelled like mold and had to be washed before using them. Over all it is a great apartment, I would highly recommend this place if you are staying in Madrid. Just make sure that you message the host with every little detail that you may find is not up to par to avoid misunderstandings (take pictures upon arrival of everything you find dirty or broken as not to get blamed afterwards).

The flat is spacious, bright and well connected. It is in a much worse condition than shown in the photos. In one of the rooms, there is a constant engine noise. We had a problem with the garage door on the first day, and we encountered a more defensive than cooperative attitude.

The flat is large and has three double bedrooms and three en-suite bathrooms. The flat is located in a very quiet area. Transport links are very close to the property, with both the bus stop and the 'Prosperidad' metro station being very easy to access. There are supermarkets nearby for any daily shopping you may need (if applicable). Easy parking nearby. Very close to the Bernabéu Stadium, which is 1.4 km away. Our short stay at the house was very pleasant. The host responded quickly to a mishap we had at the house. Highly recommended.

Nice big flat with lots of space directly at the Auditorio Nacional where I was working. Everything nearby and with the subway you are in a jiffy downtown. Next time I come with my car because there is even a parking included...

Sunny, quiet and large appartment. It is not an impersonal location as you can occasionally encounter on Airbnb, instead it is a cosy flat and we really enjoyed the time we spent there, it has good vibes! Good wifi all around the appartment. Connexion to the city center and the airport is easy with the metropolitan (about 40 minutes to the airport, 30 to Plaza Mayor). Marta was really nice and check-in/out was easy. Would definitely recommend this place and book again when I come back to Madrid ! Thank you !

The apartment is very spacious and can easily sleep 8 people (3 bedrooms where 2 people can sleep in each and there is a double sofa bed in the living room). It has double windows so it is very quite at night. The location is awesome, the area is full of restaurants, supermarkets, and it has two metro stations close by (progreso and Cruz del Rayo). Great value for money. Communication with the host is easy and fast.

Lovely, spacious and well-kept flat with all amenities and several bathrooms, including one with a wonderful rain shower! Within walking distance of two metro lines and in a quiet area with shops just around the corner. Only the beds were a bit too firm for me.

This is a great place for families. The apartment has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which is perfect for a family. The kitchen is well stocked with the basics and plenty of cleaning supplies. The location is near two metro stations and isn’t far from the city centre. They were quick to respond and accommodating of our needs. Additionally, they arranged transport for us from the airport. Would happily stay again!

This is a spacious 3-bedroom apartment in Prospridad. There's a cute playground and evening cafe right in the park across the street. There's also two small 7-11/grocery stores right around the corner and two metro stops as well. It's very easy to get around to Chueca or Salamanca as well. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

The place is at a very convenient location only short ride to the city center with two metro stations nearby. The apartment is well equipped and has a good layout. It gave a homely feeling to us. We’ll be happy to stay there again if we visit Madrid in the future.

Marta was a great host. Marta offered to arrange van to pick our party of 5 up at the airport this was an amazing service thank you! Upon arrival Marta was came to meet us and we checked in a bit earlier than expected. The fee was nominal for the service which was great. Marta gave us local recommendations extremely easy to access metro prosperidad to everywhere in the city. Don’t underestimate the neighborhood as there was super market close, banks, coffee and bakeries. We also took advantage of the hop on hop off city bus green line route 2 moderno, picked us up in el viso stop after Bernabéu stadium, maybe 15 min walk from apartment. This was a great option to see the city and you can switch between blue route 1 and route 2 green.... thanks Marta hope to stay again next trip to Madrid.

Ideal for a family stay in Madrid. Lift leading to a free private car park. And at the bottom of the building, there is a children's play area. There is a bus and metro station close to the property, as well as several shops where you can do your shopping.

This place is amazing! It's very clean, has a lot of amenities and it's perfect for a large group of people as it has 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. It was extremely comfortable and made our stay in Madrid even greater. It's also close to 2 metro lines and a few bus stations. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment is as it appears on the web, with 3 bedrooms and with a quite spacious living/dining room and kitchen. Comfortable. Communicating with Marta to arrange our arrival was quick and easy. The neighbourhood has all the amenities you need and is well connected by metro and bus. Ideal for three couples.

I would definitely recommend this place. Comfortable and functional, in a good location, and the hosts take care of everything you need and are very friendly; what's more, they don't bother you at all. They can be calm and relaxed. If you have children, like us, there's a playground right opposite where lots of kids go with their parents and have a great time. You've got everything you need nearby. Also, it is excellently served by bus and metro services.

We had a lovely stay at Rosa’s and Martha’s apartment. The location is convenient for the centre and neighbourhood is very nice and safe. The apartment is as spacious as it appears in the pictures and is very warm due to the underfloor heating. The hosts are very professional and friendly, I would highly recommend this place for your stay!

This is an amazing house it is not very close nor very far from the center of madrid. This location allows you to have a local experience with bars and local restaurants without tourists. People in this area are very warm and kind.

We are a marriage with 3 children. We have been very comfortable for 8 days in this flat. Very well located. 5’walk to Prosperidad market. Next door, a chocolate shop, San Ginés, to enjoy a good chocolate with churros. In front of the building, a small park with swings for children. On the same block, fruit and vegetable shops and under the building, on the same sidewalk, a supermarket that is small but with the basics (Alcampo). 10’ walk to Barrio Salamanca, but cheaper!! The apartment is spacious and with plenty of light. Very comfy mattress. The garage space in that area is a miracle. Marta, very kind, was in contact with us at all times to square the time of Check In. Highly recommended.

Spacious and bright apartment with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large living room, equipped kitchen, small terrace and parking, we fit 4 adults + 3 children well. It's a bit old but it's very well looked after and has everything. Ideal location to spend a few days in Madrid with children, in a quiet neighborhood in front of a small park with games and terrace for parents, 10 min walk from Berlin Park and 3 metro stations from Retiro Park, next to restaurants, supermarkets, very easy transport to anywhere. Totally recommended!!!

The apartment is in a very nice residential neighborhood with many amenities and close to public transportation. The space itself has a great feel with very big windows and lots of air. It was nicely decorated and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We really didn't want to leave.

The prior communication was good, we had some inconveniences to coordinate the delivery of the key, but Rosa and Marta always sought the solution. The apartment is very comfortable and spacious for 4 people. Good ventilation, spacious. There were basic kitchen and cleaning items. Good location, good WiFi, and good quality bathrooms. Recommended, we would stay there again.

The accommodation is just as it appears in the photos and in the description. Very spacious and with everything you need (WiFi, TV, kitchen utensils, all appliances...) It has a free and spacious garage space in the building. There are also many different shops nearby (I would highlight the supermarkets and the bakery). The apartment is between two metro stations about a 5-minute walk away.

Its so nice for the place and its so convenient to walk around for supermarket and nice cafe. Marta is nice too to expain everything related to the house. I like the park nearby that I can hear the voice of the kids on the play ground when I sit at the balcony.

We spent a few spectacular days in Madrid. There were 7 of us and the apartment was more than comfortable for us! The neighbourhood is sensational. It has good connectivity and places to shop nearby. The apartment is very comfortable, with enough toilets, private and shared spaces. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to cook and eat. It is well equipped in terms of amiblamiebto and has a place to park the car that allows a large car (we went with a 7-seater sapphire opeñ)

The appartament is very comfortable, and there is a lot of space. Very close to the metro station, and 15 minutes of taxi from the town centre. There is also a lot of supermarket and restaurant near to the flat. The host is very nice and helpful
