Free check-in takes place from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Check-in after 18:00h and until 21:00h will have an additional charge of 20€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key handover.
Check-in after 21:00h and until 23:00h will have an additional charge of 30€ to be paid by the guest at the time of key delivery.
We have the option of self check-in during these hours and it is free of charge.
The check-in hours are until 23h at night, as indicated in the house rules.
If due to circumstances beyond our control (flight delays, etc.) you arrive after 23h, I can offer you the option of someone to received in person (there is no possibility of self check-in and the check-in must be in person) and in this case, you will have to pay 35 € at the time of delivery of keys.
From 01h to 02h, 50 euros.
After 02h it is NOT possible to stay in the apartment.
We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge, subject to availability in the apartment.
Check-in until 23:00h is guaranteed, and availability after that time can be checked.
DURING THE STAY
The guest will be responsible for the cost of the locksmith service in case of lost or forgotten keys inside the apartment (150€ to be paid to the locksmith before opening the apartment).
Noisy parties and gatherings are strictly forbidden under sanction of the competent authorities.
The beds and towels are prepared for the number of persons indicated in the reservation.
It is not allowed to accommodate more people than indicated in the reservation.
Turn off the lights and air conditioning before leaving the apartment.
Please take out the garbage every day, especially during the summer months.
There is a garbage room next to the entrance.
Leave the house tidy before you leave.
Be respectful of the house, I expect the best from you.

Once the reservation is confirmed, I will request a copy of all passports or identity documents of all guests. Failure to present them will be grounds for cancellation of the reservation.

The accommodation was very comfortable for us. It had everything we needed, and it was clean, tidy and in very good condition. Having air conditioning was very important for resting on these hot nights. It's in a great location, with restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus stops and the metro within a five-minute walk or less. Despite being on the ground floor, it's bright and private, as well as being very well insulated from street noise. Highly recommended.

The apartment is well laid out with a functional and modern design. The appliances worked well (including the air conditioning). The bed is very comfortable. The information provided on the website is accurate. Well located, in an area with small grocery stores and restaurants, with everything you need for a short stay. Close to Old Madrid. Very well connected by metro and buses. The information provided by the hosts was impeccable. In short, a nice, functional and comfortable apartment, close to interesting areas of historic Madrid and with good service from the hosts. A good experience!

Great place, very central; ideal to get anywhere in Madrid as transport links are barely 5 mins away. The apartment is very nice and I am pleased to say that all pics match reality, which doesnt always happen. Hosts made the experience extremely easy, always at reach and giving clear instructions and tips.
