Very friendly and helpful hosts, very walkable location in the middle of everything, great wifi, great cold AC, very spacious, great for our 1 month long stay in June. The ONLY downside to this location is that there’s a very socially active bar downstairs on weekends, so going to sleep before 3am on weekends requires earplugs/noise cancelling headphones. Everything else about this place is amazing though, great spot!

Everything was excellent and Martha was very friendly. Only when we arrived the apartment had dusty places.

It’s a really nice flat, 3 decent bedrooms and a nice open area. The area is excellent, a short walk from loads of restaurants and bars but the flat itself is pretty quiet. It’s just off the Rastro market, so on Sundays access is difficult, but that’s just one day a week and you can of course get access from Embajadores. We were very happy here, and would have extended our month’s stay if the place had been available. All in all, a big thumbs up from me.

The main tenant, who makes the reservation, is responsible for all the people accompanying him. As of 2025, this property cannot accommodate tenants who come to Madrid solely for tourism. We can only accommodate groups whose manager declares to have a purpose other than tourism: professional, work, study, teaching, medical, conference attendance, cultural, teleworking, etc. For these reasons, we must sign a contract, justifying the reason for the stay, it is not necessary to explain anything else. The contract must be kept in the apartment, and must be shown upon any request. On the other hand: - Parties are prohibited and will be grounds for termination of the contract and immediate eviction without refund. If a private security guard or police officer has to go to the apartment, we will charge 250 euros for the warning service. - Respect the neighbors' peace and quiet. Do not make noise on the stairs or in the apartment: Monday to Sunday from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. There is a law against noise in Madrid, with cash fines exceeding 300 euros per person. It is forbidden to leave garbage in the apartment, every night there are gray buckets with orange lids on the street, for containers, the lid is yellow, for organic, brown. The last night is very important, it is forbidden to take out the garbage in the mornings to the street, if we have to take it out it costs 25 euros - If you cook, you have to clean the utensils you have used - Towels are for personal drying, they are not rags or wipes for makeup or shoes. The cost of towels that are unusable due to misuse is 20 euros. - You can't hang clothes on the balcony or outside window. It has to be hung on the drying racks. - For rentals of 28 days or more, the tenant will be responsible for utility costs starting at €100 (electricity, water, gas, heating, air conditioning...) - Only declared tenants can enter the house, the presence of other people without authorization is grounds for termination of the contract and immediate expulsion. In compliance with the national security law, we need, because it is mandatory, the data of the guests, to give it to the police. We'll need a photo of your government-issued ID. For self check-ins, a selfie. - No smoking in the apartments, the fine is 300 euros out of respect for others - If the keys are lost, we must change the lock, it costs 120 euros. - There is a Welcome pack that usually lasts two days, we do not leave items for the entire stay, it includes: shower gel, kitchen cloth, kitchen soap, scouring pad, hand soap, toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom). We can do a late reception, but we have decided to charge 20 euros from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 30 euros from 10:00 pm to 12:00 am, 50 euros from 12:00 am to 1:00 am, and from 1:00 am €100 will be charged. If the tenant fails to comply with the rules, they acknowledge that they lose the right to continue in the apartment without obtaining any refund.
