"Jason & Jason" is a spacious apartment furnished in a modern style to provide you with the utmost comfort and functionality. Furthermore, the apartment is located in the historic centre of Como, and within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the lakeside promenade and all the major landmarks.

The space

The apartment can accommodate 4 people. There are indeed two double bedrooms, a comfortable kitchen equipped with everything you need - including a washing machine, a living room with L shaped sofa and a fireplace, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a small guest bathroom. Additionally, the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free wi-fi.

Guest access

The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs, as there is no lift.
The historical center of Como is mainly a pedestrian area. The nearest parking is available in Viale Varese, about 300 meters from the apartment. You can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay time is from 8 am to 8 pm. Pay at the machine and get the ticket to be put on the dashboard inside your car, or use the “EasyPark” app.
There are also paid parking garages nearby: “JASCA” in nearby Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, "VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, and "TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

The Jason&Jason apartment was perfect for what we wanted! It was centrally located to coffee, food, apertivos, shopping and more! The bed was comfortable, and even though the streets were bustling with people it was never too loud! The kitchen and bathroom had everything we need plus more! The only thing that I would suggest is for them to label the keys possibly. I mean we obviously figured out which is which, but just a tiny suggestion. They were quick to respond and great communication! If you are driving, you cannot drive right to the actual apartment so keep that in mind. We were walking so it was fine, more fun to see everything that way!

We absolutely loved this place and Lake Como! The location is perfect for walking all around Como. Easy and quick communication with the staff. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved the beds. There is a guidebook once you check in located in the living area. Definitely read that. They tell you everything you need to know about Como and this apartment. We did have a rental car and knew that we'd be parking a short distance from the apartment. We didn't find this to be an issue. Parking can be difficult during the busy season, which is when we stayed, but we always found a place to park. Definitely would stay again when we come back.

Great place, great location in the center. Just not possible to get there by car. Restaurants are nearby. The apartment is very large. Good communication with the host.

Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.
