We enjoyed our stay at Lake Como. The apartment is large enough for 2 people, the exposure is good and the view is very beautiful. The kitchen is not very well equipped. The bed was comfortable but the duvet was far too thin. It is not possible to heat the apartment as you wish, the limit managed by Airbnb is really cold and unpleasant, especially since the accommodation is poorly insulated. I advise closing the entrance door to the corridor to isolate the entrance to the accommodation, taking warm slippers and changing the duvet on the bed for a warmer duvet.

Cernobbio is an incredibly nice place. The location of the apartment is extremely good, and you can easily park the car behind the gate. The apartment is small, but fine. Nice balcony with great views over the lake!

Super friendly staff who were very helpful! The dishwasher and washing machine were very useful to have. Unfortunately, no air conditioning and some old furniture here and there.

Check-in needs improvement, otherwise fine The stay was fine overall, but unfortunately the check-in was very disappointing. There was no feedback from the host in advance, so I had to take action and ask how the check-in process works. In addition, I had to drive to another address to show my ID and residence permit in person – even though I had already photographed and submitted these documents. I was then informed on site that this was not enough. This was cumbersome and made the start of the stay unnecessarily difficult.

I had to go to the office in a place just a 10 minute drive to tell me the apartment key pin!! The ants are very much in the place because there is a garden next to the balcony, in addition to some old furniture

Great little place. Actually bigger than the photos look. Missing a few basic amenities listed, such as an oven or cooking oil, but plenty of basics and we didn’t have any problem cooking every day after a trip to the shop. Quiet neighbourhood, although we struggled being on foot as it is a rather steep, cobblestone hill to get back to the apartment from the bus stop/town centre. That being said, the balcony’s view is gorgeous and worth the trek, it’s not so bad if you are used to hiking or not carrying anything. You’re also able to get the ferry all around the lake from Cernobbio (I would recommend getting a one day pass from the office or online before you travel). Bed was easily comfortable for two people (despite some other reviews saying it wouldn’t be) and there is air-con/heating for whatever weather you experience during your stay. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay, especially the great view from the balcony is to be highlighted. A big plus is the free fenced parking space, where you can park your car without hesitation. The communication went great. One small minus was that I had to write to the host again myself about how check-in works and we first received the further instructions. It may also be due to our very last-minute booking.

Slightly small but comfortable apartment, the area is quiet and peaceful, you can reach the lake shore and the main square quietly on foot even if the return will be slightly steep! Private parking is a rare privilege in this area. The only flaw in my opinion is the mattress is a little uncomfortable. Otherwise I highly recommend it

Small apartment with beautiful views. On the bed you could sleep well (it is a normal mattress). Unfortunately one night the neighbors were very noisy so we could sleep poorly. The combination of location, views, and private parking was perfect for Lake Coma.

Great little studio apartment with a gorgeous view! Bed was comfortable & the apartment has everything you need. We had a car so couldn’t comment on if its walkable really - I would recommend having a car though! 10 minute drive into Como town & there’s a handy car park that you’ll pay a max of €24 for a whole day/night, just a ten min walk from where you get the ferries.

Listing as described. Good location. Parking included. Please note that the accommodation is managed by an agency that asked us to fill out an online form on another site (on which we had to upload our IDs among others) and to sign a contract outside of Airbnb before arrival... In addition, 2-3 minor malfunctions in the apartment (2 burned out light bulbs, the toilet rack comes off the wall, ...). We alerted them as soon as we arrived about the smells of sewage coming from the bathroom and although they assured us that someone would come by, this issue was never resolved about the 5 nights we spent in the listing. Suitable for a couple for a short stay.

Communication worked out very well - we were contacted via WhatsAp and Airbnb and it was also asked if everything worked out, since we checked in with a key box. The apartment is not very large, but with the folding bed, which can easily be transformed into a sofa during the day, it is possible. The amenities are good - there is no oven, however. Unfortunately, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes completely. The view is really very nice. And the location too - you can walk through a very nicely landscaped path through a garden/park to the lower road by the lake and then along the road to the center. Overall, we are very satisfied with the stay.

This place is really great. Maybe a few more items of cutlery and a vaccum would be my only comment about the actual room. The location would have been perfect as well if I had a car. The bus outside the house is pretty unreliable (also keep in mind I was there in off season so might be more reliable in summer) and the walk back up the hill with a bunch of groceries wasn’t that fun. Super solid experience and the room in run well.

Unfortunately, we didn't like the place, it was very loveless and also had some deficiencies (broken dishes, loose screw on the balcony chair...). But we basically overlook small deficiencies, but if you notice that someone has thought about the furnishings and gives the apartment a good feeling. This was not the case for us and we wouldn't come back again. Overall, however, the accommodation was clean with a great view and a big plus of the private parking - for us personally but without flair and love. The communication with the host was about a central rental and was impeccable.

I really like the place, it had everything I needed for the stay. Awesome view, very clean and convenient, but I’d recommend this apartment for those who have a car. It’s extremely hard to get up the hill with luggage and almost impossible to get a taxi in Cernobbio. Also there are some nice restaurants in 15-20 minutes walk.

Our stay was incredible. The view from the Finestra sul Lago is spectacular. We slept easily at night knowing our car was safe in the free private parking spot provided by the host. The location is amazing in close proximity of Il Giardino della Valle. The apartment was very clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay.

We experienced insufficient feedback and answers regarding check-in details, which meant that we had to spend unnecessary time on e-mail and telephone to get to the finish line. Bit beside of that, it was a great stay and Everything Else was perfect.

Amazing place! Everything looked like in a pictures, we had a very good sleep. A big plus was a private parking and the view from the balcony was so beautiful! The host was really nice. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. :)
