We loved our stay here! The location was excellent, a quick walk into downtown Menaggio while also having privacy. The views were incredible, and waking up to the sunrise over the mountains can't be beat. The hosts were extremely responsive and answered all of our questions. I would highly recommend this apartment for everyone!

As four friends traveling, our stay here was great! The location was amazing (once we realized how easy it was to access town from the private path) and the views stunning. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom and shower was big. As for check in instructions- very clear once you’re at the property- but there were so many keys and the ones in the instructions were not the ones to be used for the gate and then the key to get in the apt was not identified. So we just tried all of the keys and eventually found the right ones. We let them know this inconvenience and they said they would update their instructions. As for getting to the property- we took a taxi bc we were not sure how to walk there and Google Maps shows a 25 min walk. Clear instructions to use private walkway would have been helpful. once we found the path to the right of the property it was very easy to navigate to town! Would love to stay here again!! Thank you

I cannot say enough about our time here. The location was perfect, very walkable with a a private path down to the Main Street. The neighbors were so kind and welcoming, and we ended up having dinner with a neighbor and her friends on our last night which was so wonderful. It was very easy to access by car with a large private garage to park in onsite! The home has been completely renovated and was absolutely top-notch. Very clean and modern. The host was very accommodating. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and will definitely come back!

We absolutley loved our stay! The location is fantastic it’s such a quick walk down into Menaggio but also feels quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself is lovely and suited our stay. The neighbors are very noisy but I appreciate this can’t be helped. The parking/ road and drive way to the property is tight so bear this in mind when choosing your car, we were given a bigger car than what we booked and it was challenging but the parking is secure once you’re in. The host called us on the morning of the stay and gave us a very helpful pdf booklet which was appreciated. I would stay here again!

Check in is very complicated and requires multiple tech savy steps including videos calls, messages and Canva app. We travelled with kids (which was known by the agent) and after saying we wanted a cot felt hounded for payment multiple times before arriving. As the crow flies you are close to everything but to walk to town is nearly 30 mins and all uphill when heading back to the apartment. Parking is tight and awkward. Id say 3/4 flights of stairs from garage to door. The furniture feels like a doctor’s office (impractical) rather than a home, even the bowls were hard to use. There were a few long hairs found throughout the apartment and stains beside the toilet. The neighbours are extremely loud. The shower drain is a slip hazard as it’s not connected properly. The master bedroom feels like a couch bed. It’s cold (not a problem in summer) when you put the heating on it is frequently turned down by the agent…very difficult when you have children. The view is absolutely incredible.

Nice apartment with a magnificent view of the lake from almost every room. Recently renovated, very clean, well equipped, we felt good there. We appreciated the quality of the bedding, sheets and towels. Good quality appliances and well-equipped kitchen in terms of dishes. The centre of Menaggio is within walking distance, about ten minutes along the residence via stairs, very convenient for reaching the departure of the boat shuttles, while leaving the car in a closed car park. On this point, moreover, the garage is appreciable, because it is not necessarily easy to park in the villages, many areas are paid (blue zones) or reserved for residents (yellow zones). The only small downside of this apartment is the soundproofing, because you can hear the noise of the shutters and furniture of the neighbours below quite early in the morning.

Comfortable apartment. Ideal for 4 people. Well located and with private, covered parking. Unfortunately, we can hear the chairs of the neighbours and even their voices. But we had a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely stay at this spacious apartment. The view is even more stunning than on the photographs and the location was very convenient, close to the boats and to the piazza, all walking distance - a major plus when you have a 6 y. old !

Firstly, I’ll say the view was definitely 5 stars and absolutely breathtaking. Easy to get into town and to the ferry with stairs right beside the property but I recommend using your flashlight at night as some spots were dark. Check-in instructions needed to be clarified as they stated we needed to go to Como to pick up the keys (however, it’s a lockbox now so that was convenient) Was easy to find. A few cons: for almost $300usd a night I expected there not to be dead bugs above the shower, dead bugs all over the patio tables, 1 extra thin blanket. The neighbors are so loud. We booked this as the last stop on our trip to be able to relax. All we heard from 7am to 9pm was the neighbors slamming doors, talking loudly, and moving furniture and you could hear and feel everything. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

A group of us were on an 11 day trip to visit Rome, Menaggio-Lake Como, Venice, and Florence/Tuscany. Out of all of the places we went, we wished we’d spent more time at this location. It was the most serene and relaxing experience I’ve ever had.

Very nice and fresh accommodation a few minutes walk from cozy Menaggio. The best thing was the wonderful view from the balcony! Free parking in the garage under the apartment - however, we did not get in there with our car with a roof box.

On the heights of Menaggio, the accommodation is located in a quiet subdivision. The village is within walking distance. The view of the lake is exceptional, and all the services are of high quality. The value for money is unfortunately poor, because we had to pay for two nights to stay only one: My Home In Como refused to take into account an entry error reported immediately after booking. Our contacts did not listen, wasted our time with unnecessary approaches to Airbnb, and the manager finally refused the negotiated agreement by invoking mysterious "Internal Policies". We will be vigilant with this intermediary in the future.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed it. Amazing view of Lake Como and nice to relax on the balcony! Walkable to Menaggio town center- there’s a stairway right next to the property that takes you down there.

We loved this place! Tons of space, beautiful balcony views, and a quiet part of Menaggio, which is already less touristy than other parts of Como. The hosts were responsive to questions and access to Menaggio’s old town was a quick 10 minute walk away. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. It’s easy to get to the ferry terminal and downtown Menaggio. It is a bit of a climb down the hill to town, it was fine for us, but could be challenging to some. The condo is well appointed and the view is amazing. It did have a big underground parking spot. It’s not easy to get to if you have a big car, but once you are in, it’s not too bad. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful views, very clean, great location (best if you have a car or are ok walking ~20 minutes with some vertical). The bed linens and towels were very soft and clean. Only negative from us was that there were no plates and only one bowl (lots of tea cups, but no coffee).

The home was absolutely beautiful and in a lovely location — we really enjoyed spending time there as a family. That said, we did run into some challenges that future guests should be aware of. The check-in process was confusing, and we had to change our travel plans due to unclear key pickup instructions. Once we arrived, we experienced a few power outages while cooking, and it took some time and effort to resolve them. My Home in Como hosts provided instructions and videos to help, but it was a bit tricky to manage. Despite these issues, we appreciated the space and setting. With clearer communication and a heads-up about the power, this could be a fantastic stay.

Wonderful location a 10 minute walk to the main square in Menaggio. Easy access to the ferry landing. The hosts were very responsive. By the time we arrived in Como the next three ferries were sold out so we took a cab for 150 euros. Expensive. The apartment was comfortable and had good cooking utensils. It was cold while we were there. Additional blankets would be nice and would keep the heating costs down. Very relaxing vacation.

This was an absolutely stunning apartment, perhaps the best I’ve ever stayed in. The views were spectacular, sitting on the balcony with a glass of wine, relaxing, reading &gazing over the lake & the village was perfect. Hosts were extremely helpful booking taxi to get to/from ferry. Would definitely stay here again.

Beyond gorgeous views and peaceful surroundings!! Everything we needed for a relaxing trip overlooking the lake. Ferry was less than a 10 min walk where we could pop over to Bellagio and Varenna…. Shower was divine and bed very comfortable. Highly recommend!

The listing matched the ad. Walking distance to the center of Menaggio. The view is beautiful and the parking space is a plus. On the other hand, there was no grocery store so maybe think about it for those who want to cook (the kitchen is otherwise very well equipped). I recommend it.

Everything was as described, amazing views, nice apartment. Only downside was not being able to use the hob with the oven without the power cutting off however host was helpful with providing instructions with how to turn the power back on. Would stay again and would recommend, thank you!

This apartment is truly a gem! The views are absolutely stunning, yet it is peacefully removed from the main town. There is a clear walking path down to the town in ~10 minutes. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I’d highly recommend this apartment to anyone!!

A flat is stunning.Has everything you may need (sometimes lacks small things like an iron or a whisker in the kitchen).Make sure you grab a pair of slippers - floor is mostly very cold, especially in the kitchen. The heating system is somewhat complicated and always resets to 7C, so a guide on how to set it properly would be a great add-on. Maria Elena (a lady from the agency who helped to check in) is amazing and very helpful, though it’s not clear why the agency doesn’t provide a smooth self check-in, like other places in Italy do regardless of the law Home In Como explains it with. And this is in addition to providing all the data on a separate website before arriving. So check in is possible only before 7pm (or later at an additional cost I guess). Communication with agency in AirBnb could be better - there are different people there and can ask the same questions couple of times instead of checking the chat. Aside from this, everything is amazing and I totally recommend the place

Magnificent view!!! Great location to other towns. Must have car to stay at this place. The unit is clean and spacious for the three of us. One thing missing is the microwave. There is no microwave; I was told that it is the Italian way living here in this region. Make sure to stop by grocery store when arriving late or at night. This place is not suitable for person with disability, the walk and the stairs. Free parking included.

The apartment was wonderful, and the view was even more beautiful than in the photos—a panoramic view of Lake Como right from the bedroom. The only issue was that it was cold, and during our two-day stay, we couldn’t solve this problem. Communication through the website took too long, so we ended up feeling a bit chilly when we slept. But I would definitely go back again, just with a warmer pajama and slippers! Highly recommend!

The view is better than the pictures, which is saying a lot. Place has everything you need and is on a great location. Took us 7 minutes to get to the ferry and 10 into town. Use the staircase to get down to the main road (exit the gate to the property and turn left, then head down the stairs. Host was responsive, place was clean, hard to ask for more.

Amazing location overlooking the lake. At night, we opened the doors in the main bedroom and let the noise of the area put us to sleep. The location is in a small town on the lake, but has ferry access to the larger communities. The unit is cozy which makes you feel right at home upon arrival. The host communicates very well but be sure to check your email for their instructions prior to your arrival. All in all, I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in the Lake Como area.

A beautiful location over the lake - the view is breathtaling and the appartment has big windows and a large terrace to enjoy it. Spacious, comfortable, good beds and well equipped. Very good value for the money . And just a 10 min walk to the city center once you find the short cut (stairs down to the main road).
