"Bel sit" is a cozy and bright apartment in the characteristic town of Menaggio on the shore of Lake Como. Modern decor makes this apartment particularly functional and relaxing.

The space

From the large furnished terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and mountains and for your relaxation there are two outdoor pools - for common use with the other tenants, one of which is rectangular in shape and a roundabout with jacuzzi. Also, to give you maximum comfort, each room enjoys air conditioning. A very ideal apartment to spend your holiday days in total serenity.
This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people, and is therefore also suitable for a family or group of friends. In fact, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms - one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The living area includes a modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need - induction hob, dishwasher, etc., and a living room with a comfortable island sofa. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine, smart TV and free wi-fi.
Pets are not allowed on this property.
Beds for children are available at an additional cost.

Guest access

Once you pass the property gate, you have to take some steps downhill to reach the building gate and once you enter you need to take a flight of stairs to access the apartment on the first floor.

ONBOARDING
>We recommend taking a day to visit the wonderful towns around the lake. As a city it is the urban center of the area, but the towns are jewels with beautiful villas on the lake.
>To get around and walk around Lake Como, especially in small towns, you need to wear comfortable shoes.
>There are many public fountains of drinking water in the area and the water is safe to drink, unless indicated otherwise. Tap water is also drinkable. You can bring your rechargeable bottle with you!
>If you are looking for a relatively easy hike in the area and still want to enjoy the view of the mountains, the Greenway of Lake Como is an easy to follow path that connects the villages of the lake from Colonno to Griante and does not require too many climbs. A bus will take you to the starting point in Colonno.
>Look for traditional restaurants where you can taste local foods, such as seafood dishes from Lake Como.
>In Italy, many shops (especially small ones) and services are closed in the middle of the day, so be careful to plan purchases accordingly.
>Lake Como is one of the deepest lakes in Europe and the deepest in Italy. Bathing and diving are prohibited in many areas and can be dangerous. For those who want to immerse themselves in the water, however, there are a few options. There is a beach (lido) in Menaggio. Residents and visitors also love to go to Nesso, where bravest swimmers can dive into the lake from the ancient Roman bridge near the waterfall.
The Lido di Bellagio and the gravel beach of San Giovanni await those who want to travel and explore the beautiful city of Bellagio, which is in the center of the two Larian branches.
>Lake Como is located in a mountainous region. The surrounding Pre-Alps don't look very high, but the weather is still affected by nearby mountains and temperatures can change quickly. Pay special attention to the weather conditions during the hikes and bring warm and waterproof clothes with you!
