On the third floor (in the attic), there is a double bedroom (with the possibility of separating the double bed into two single beds), another bedroom with a single bed, a small bathroom and a balcony with a lake view.Guest access

The photos don’t do it justice. The place was immaculate. There are 4 levels which makes for a great way to separate! We sat on the top floor at night with a glas of wine & had croissants there in the morning. This home went through a high end renovation, doors windows floor stairs kitchen and bathrooms are in excellent condition. You are in the little town square in 1 minute but never hear outside voices, you hear the water which is lovely! We took boat and car to all towns around Bellagio/Como/Menaggio - my favorite day was a suggestion from the host to walk the green walk - magical - if you enjoy a long walk while seeing the towns on foot!

The house is very central. It is well and nicely furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are good. The rooms are distributed from the ground floor to the 3rd floor, where the balcony is also located. There is a bathroom with a sink, toilet and washing machine at the top. On the 2nd floor, a bathroom with double sink, toilet, bidet, bathtub and shower. There are many stairs in the house. Watch your head, some of the crossings are a little low. Overall, a great stay in this beautiful, spacious house. The only deduction is a missing, private parking space. For about 15 euros a day, you can park in public. However, there aren't that many and you have to find a parking space first.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.

- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
