The house is on 4 levels. On the ground floor, there is a living room with satellite TV and two comfortable sofas.
On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bar with stools for breakfast. There is also the dining area.
On the second floor lies the double bedroom with a large walk-in closet. There are two bathrooms.

On the third floor (in the attic), there is a double bedroom (with the possibility of separating the double bed into two single beds), another bedroom with a single bed, a small bathroom and a balcony with a lake view.

For a short stay in beautiful Argegno, a very good apartment! Well equipped and clean, location perfect, only seconds to the piazza or the lake. The apartment is spread over 4 floors, which is quite common due to the vertical construction on Lake Como. The private parking is very useful just a few meters from the apartment. We were very satisfied, thank you!

We loved our stay! The best place on the lake we could of found. 2 minutes aways from the water and restaurants. Parking spot is very convenient. Thanks for hosting us,

The house was very cozy and the space was amazing. It was great that we felt so at home considering that we had a looot of rain and had to stay inside more than we would have normally done. Very well equipped, clean, with a parking space and a nice view. Thank you for everything!

• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
