The loft is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to keep the spaces cool even on the lower floor.Guest access

Absolutely beautiful view and location. The home is situated right next to the water of Lake como with access to a private pier. It’s amazing to wake up in the morning and eat breakfast next to the water with a view of isola di comacina. Beds are fairly comfortable, kitchen is well stocked with amenities such as a dual washer and dryer. Host is extremely responsive and kind. Also the place is right next to the greenway del lago and close to the lido and boat ride to the island. Cons: The kitchen sink did not drain properly The hot water did not last long for 3 people. We turned up the temperature on the water heater and that helped. Parking was very confusing. We tried to park in the parking lot for the osteria restaurant but instead the parking space is in a grassy area right next to the restaurant that you have to unlock the chain for. Flooring is dusty and emits a smell due to the material Overall a lovely stay with some issues that the host helped with but could improve on

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
