The loft on the upper floor houses the sleeping area, including a double bedroom, 2 single bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. On the lower floor, you will find the living area, including a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a sofa and a television. The loft is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to keep the spaces cool even on the lower floor.Guest access

Additionally, there are a few steps inside the apartment to access the loft level.You can conveniently park your car in a small square near the property. Furthermore, a private parking available for guests is located about 250 meters uphill from the apartment.

We loved our stay, having the lake in the garden to swim from each day was the real highlight! The place is really well located, a short walk from the local Lido as well as not too far from places like Lenno too. We would really recommend walking the Greenway too, which the apartment is just off, great to see the local area. Overall the apartment was great, very well equipped, very neat and tidy and incredible views. Many thanks for having us!

We have just had a fabulous stay in this apartment. The location is spectacular. Having visited Bellagio we were so grateful to return to the peace and privacy of the apartment. To be able to swim from the private jetty was so lucky and the flat is well appointed and very clean. The cleaning charge is steep but I have to say it was exceptionally clean! We parked in the allocated parking spot which took a bit of finding- maybe the instructions could have been clearer- but such a boon to have a safe spot and not to worry about charges! We would love to return as the place is a gem- it felt like a risk with so few reviews but what an amazing place- you will not regret booking here! One word of advice the lady in the flat below is VERY noise sensitive!! I think she is not keen on Air BnB guests! We are hardly ravers (late middle aged couple-ha ha!) but she said we were noisy! The floor is tiled so I guess a little movement amplifies through hard surfaces. Nevertheless we will def be back…

Incredibly lovely apartment and we will definitely come again. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was right by several restaurants and bus stop as well as close to a large supermarket in walking distance. Great with its own bath/boat bridge and nice neighbors.

If you are looking for a quiet apartment right on the lake and want to feel like a local, this is the place to be. ☀️ The apartment is well equipped and ideal for 2-3 people. Through the garden you can get directly into the lake via a (very shaky) jetty. In addition, a small but beautiful swimming pool is a 5-minute walk away. Despite all the positives, the apartment has 2-3 negative aspects in my eyes: I find the 200.- Cleaning fee for 2 nights is not warranted and almost usury. In addition, we unfortunately did not have hot water in the shower and the apartment is not exactly well insulated. You can hear the street and the neighbors very well and people who have a light sleep prefer something else. 🥱 Apart from that, however, everything was good and I the hostess was very friendly and quickly accessible. The chekin was also flawless and contactless thanks to a key code.

Additional rules
• In order to access the property, you will need to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. • For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
