Very nice place. We needed a place close to Villa Erba were we had a wedding to attend. This was a short 5 minute walk so very convenient. Read the check in instructions carefully but once you know how to get in, it is very easy.

The apartment perfectly matches the description and offers an ideal location, a stone's throw from Villa Erba and Lake Como. Note: it is located on the second floor without a lift, which should be taken into account if you have heavy luggage. The accommodation is well equipped, the air conditioning is effective, and the bedrooms are comfortable. The bathroom could do with a bit of a refresh (faulty shower head, seals need redoing), but nothing major. Positive point: the team is extremely responsive and acts quickly when needed. The parking place in the inner yard is a plus.

Very nice flat. It is clean and well maintained. The fact that there is a parking space with the accommodation is a plus. Everything is close by and easily accessible. Please note that there are stairs to climb before entering, and there is also some construction work taking place during the day at the moment.

Great kitchen, bathroom, one of the most comfortable beds on our two month trip and excellent layout. Would have given a 5 star review but the check in was more difficult than we usually experience and it being on the third floor (American) was not clear on the listing and at 76, we are getting a little cranky about third floors... Overall, good place.

We spent 4 days in this newly renovated and cozy apartment in Cernobbio. The apartment is nice and big and well laid out. Washing machine, dishwasher, enough towels and bed linen available. Everything was very clean. The location is good in that you can reach the old town of Cernobbio and the lake in a few minutes on foot. Large shopping centres are also very close and the access to the motorway as well. There could be more cutlery (e.g. sharp knife, ladle, whisk) in the kitchen and a private parking space was unfortunately not available - despite the information in the description. This should possibly be corrected in the description.

Great location in terms of easy walk in to Cernobbio where there a few dining options. Not far from the water. Need a car if you want to visit closest supermarket. There's a few flights of stairs to walk with your luggage. Only enough comfortable living room seating for two. Anymore than that and people are sitting at the living room table.

We were here for a wedding across the street and it was an ideal location. Check in was easy and the apartment is actually much larger than it appears in photos which was a nice surprise. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the washer dryer was a great amenity. The apartment is located next to a school so there is some noise in the morning but we were out all day so it didn’t bother us. The bus stops right in front of the apartment and is walking distance to many the main part of town. If you’re in Cernobbio for a special event we would highly recommend staying here with your group.

We absolutely loved our stay at MyHomeInComo! The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly located — just 8 minutes on foot to both the ferry and Lidl. We especially appreciated the secure private parking and the peaceful inner courtyard, which gave us a real sense of comfort and privacy. Our children had a great time too, especially thanks to the spacious double bed where they could rest and play. Everything was just right for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. Suitable but not very clean apartment... Correct for 2 nights but no more. The kitchen and its utensils weren't clean at all. We had to wash everything… In addition, there was no salt, pepper, or oil at all as advertised. The heater wasn't working very well so we were cold.

Apartment is as pictured, just ok. In an old building, where rise was being refurbished with noise for a few days. Not stated in listing. Ok distance to shops, cafe, restaurant and boat harbor. Short trip into Como. Not okay to have to call for check-in info. After booking we also got lots of emails about 30 euros to pay if we arrived after 19. Also had to meet up at office completely different space than apartment to verify who we were, even after long procedure with ID check online. Not responsive in office. Not a good experience.

Unfortunately, we do not recommend the place. Apart from the complicated check-in process, there was also unannounced construction work. The apartment and location itself would otherwise be completely OK.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. It is on the third floor without a lift, but manageable. It was peaceful, quiet and in a great area. The only problem was the parking remote which was missing, and to get in you will have to get out of the car and wait for the gate to open. I’d recommend this place for sure.

The apartment is in a great location and close to amenities. There is coffee shop , bakery and Lidl all in walking distance. Its also walking distance to the port area which was very viby the weekend we where there. Definitely worth to stay at.

We liked our stay in the apartment very much. The host was very reliable, flexible and friendly. The apartment was in great condition and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location is right opposite Villa Erba, which is very brilliant, and everything is easily accessible on foot. We would love to come back!

This place was amazing! Quiet little apartment located right across from Lake Como and an easy walk to the Ferry station. It's located in a very walkable neighborhood with some wonderful cafes and restaurants. The place is very comfortable, and we loved the addition of the washer/dryer since our stay in Europe was a few weeks long, having the ability to wash clothes was great. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook meals, plenty of extra blankets. And we used the pull out couch to watch some Netflix. Overall, it felt like home which was welcomed after a few weeks of traveling.

Pros: The location of the apartment is great. It’s close to many restaurants and to the boat shuttle. The private parking space is also great. The apartment offers a lot of space. Cons: Overall, we were quite disappointed with the apartment. The floor and some of the surfaces were very dirty and some furniture was broken. The dishwasher smelled like something died in there and there’s not a single wall without scratches and/or dirt. The dishes and pots/pans were quite dirty as well and all scratched. On the pictures, the apartment looks quite new, but in reality it was very used and not nearly as nicely decorated as in the pictures. Furthermore, the owners said that we will find all info on the apartment in a booklet, but this booklet was missing. We informed the owners about our issues and they offered to send someone to clean again, but by then we had already cleaned the apartment ourselves. The other issues were not addressed.

Great location. Near to the heart of Cernobbio. Quick response from the hosts. They had an issue with the ACs breaking, but offered me a comparable alternative home. When that wasn't ideal due to location issues, they were able to fix the AC and make our stay more comfortable.

Lovely Apartment close to the main part of Cernibbio. Easy to get to if you have a car but also easy to get to from Como City on the ferry to either Tavernola (probably the closest) or the Cernibbio stop. On the main bus lines too so ideal location. Very clean and quiet and a great place to have as a retreat after hot summer days exploring Lake Como.

Really great option for staying in Cernobbio. Close to everything you want and you can easily walk to Villa D’Este for lunch or dinner without spending to stay there. Really clean and big. Wifi is super fast for working remotely. Definitely recommend.

This apartment was very central and convenient. Everything was very clean with all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso machine, Netflix, good WiFi etc... We also found it very quiet as was on second floor. The building itself is on quite a busy road but luckily the apartment is set back. The building looks a bit barrack-like and the communal areas (like stairs) a little scruffy however inside is very nice. It is walking distance to a couple of supermarkets if you want to buy some provisions and a bus stop for Como is very close.

Thank you for the great stay at the apartment in Como. The check-in service was very flexible and uncomplicated due to a lockbox. Our questions were answered kindly and at short notice. There is a secure parking space on the premises. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, conveniently furnished and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pictures correspond to reality, all rooms are top renovated. However, the bathroom was photographed very favorably and does not quite correspond to the very good renovation status of the rest of the apartment. We are happy to recommend the place.

Apartment is on the second floor without lift, so be prepared if you have lots of luggage, or baby stuff (as we did). Other than that, everything was perfect! The apartment is nicely and (very) newly renovated, and with a great eye for detail. Everything you need is provided, and the cleanliness is amazing. Check-in was smooth, with a clear explanation. Parking is easy and secure, and just a short (50m) walk to the apartment. Como is just a short drive away, and the location is well located to the main roads. Highly recommend it as a comfortable base to explore the surrounding area!

The place was super nice, we really enjoyed our stay! All the places in Cernobbio were in walking distance (also the Como lake boat service) and it was easy to get a taxi to Como center when needed. ✌️😊
