The apartment does not have a private parking space. Parking is available only within blue-striped areas. You can pay at the parking meter, which issues a ticket to be placed on the car’s dashboard, or you can use the "Easy Park" app. Paid parking hours are from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Great modern apartment with plenty of space for four people. We especially loved the spacious terrace. The location was nice and quiet, about a 10–15 minute walk to the center and the lake and there’s a bus stop basically in front of the apartment. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

The apartment was very modern and newly furnished. There was almost nothing missing. You could even do laundry if you got laundry detergent. We felt right at home! Except: The only thing we didn't like so much was that environmental protection and climate friendliness is advanced so as not to heat, although it was quite cool in the evening and at night and the water didn't get really hot either, so you also didn't get warm through a hot shower.

PLEASE NOTE! The Keys can be collected at a shop located in Viale Felice Cavallotti 2a, Como, 22100 ONLY after completing all the following steps: - Fill in the online check-in form (where passport photographs of ALL guests will be required). - Sign the tourist rental agreement. - Make a quick video call where all guests who stay will have to show the documents again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. THESE ADEMPITIS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. At the end of the stay, the keys must be returned to the collection point by 10:00 a.m. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required that will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an inappropriate state, an additional amount due to overtime cleaning hours will be required. - If the keys are lost or not delivered to the collection point, a sum of €50 will be requested. - Turn things off

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
