The apartment can host 4 guests. There is a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, a double bedroom, and a living room with a double sofa bed. Our guests will enjoy the lovely balcony which offers a view of the Duomo of Como.Guest access
The apartment is on the top floor of the building. There is an elevator, but an additional flight of stairs will need to be taken to reach the apartment.There is no private parking, but paid street parking is available. In Via Rezzonico, you can park your car only within the blue stripes. Pay at the machine and get the ticket, or use the "EasyPark" app. There are also paid parking garages in the city: “VALDUCE” in Viale Lecco, “JASCA” in Piazza Volta, “CENTRO LAGO” with an entrance in Via Recchi, and “TRIBUNALE” in Via Auguadri.

Location of the apartment is amazing, very central and quiet. Nice views as well since it’s on a 6th floor. Check in was not straight forward. I had to chase it twice and was then told (3 hours before arrival after I wrote) that they can’t send me the details because I made an error when uploading the passport images. So, instead of letting me know, they simply did not send me the check in information. The apartment is nice, but could benefit from some updates.

Excellent location, perfect size apartment with everything I needed and the host was very responsive. I initially was concerned about the air conditioner making noise but it functioned very very well and the sound was not at all noticeable at night when I closed the bedroom door. I would stay again!

Great location directly opposite the cathedral, on the edge of Old Town. Newly renovated, good amenities, easy check-in. See good communication with landlord. Quiet street, parking directly at the apartment in the street (€22 per day) found in the evening, otherwise expensive parking everywhere in Como, parking garage about 150 m away. In Como old town many nice shops and restaurants. Only when arriving was a road closed, the bypassing was a bit adventurous, but the app can't do anything about that. Gladly again!!!

Additional rules
- In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will stay will be requested) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. - For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
