We absolutely loved our stay here above Lake Como. The apartment offers a spectacular vista of Como and Lake Como and views across to Cernobbio. The terrace outside the apartment is perfect for a quiet morning coffee or glass of wine as the sun sets. The location is easily walkable to downtown Como - about 10 mins via the stairs down from the unit and then a pathway across the main road below the apartment and exits close to the Funicolare (tram to Brenate). Gaining access to the apartment can be a slight challenge as there are about 142 steps to climb to get to the door of the unit. However - if you take the climb slowly, it’s not a problem. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Como.

5+ stars! This apartment was even better in person than in the photos. The views from the terrace are absolutely breathtaking. We couldnt have landed a better spot to stay in Como and would recommend to anyone! The stairs arent even an issue once you see the view- totally worth it!

We are not the first time in Como, we consciously chose this accommodation, the main thing for us was a beautiful view. But when we saw the apartment itself - it was a fairy tale! It's perfect! And the stairs aren't a problem.

Beautiful apartment with lots of space and panoramic views of Lake Como as described. Sleek interior design, big windows and accordion patio doors, plus a great little storage room between the master bedroom and bathroom. Pietro was flexible around our arrival time and had great communication leading up to our check in.

This place is so beautiful. The pictures are very accurate, and the place was very clean when we arrived. It’s updated and very cute. The best part is the view — it’s absolutely breathtaking! The balcony was a great place to watch the sunrise and sunset. Cannot recommend this place more!

Highly recommend staying here, especially if you have lots to do in the town. Yes the hill and the stairs are taxing but well worth it for the views and secrecy. The inside of the apartment is better than the photos show, we were pleasantly surprised. The views are immaculate

The mattresses are in very poor condition, and the kitchen only has salt and oil. There were no glasses. Getting to the flat is quite an ordeal – there are 130 steps. We were forced to leave our luggage in the car.

This Airbnb was perfect. The location was fantastic and it was super accessible to the other towns. The Airbnb itself was super clean and had breathtaking views.

The view exceeded my expectations! Yes, it had a lot of steps, but totally worth it! The morning, afternoon and night views of the lake were spectacular 😍. Remember to take lots of photos. And, the host arranged for someone to deliver our luggage to the apartment which was a blessing!

We had a lovely stay in Lake Como! The flat was exactly how it looked and had the most beautiful views from the balcony. The steps can be a killer but it’s so worth it for the views. Modern furnishings and bathroom which was a plus.

Beautiful home and great location. We did have an issue with the Wi-Fi. The management company tried to fix the issue. Luckily did not need it for work or it could’ve been an issue.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. It looks exactly like the photos. It’s so spacious and clean. The hosts were super friendly and interactive. Location is also great, short walk to the main road where all the action is. Stairs are definitely challenging but doable. They also offer a baggage service that takes your bags from the train station and places them into your Airbnb. Loved that!

Nice apartment with a great view over Como. Down town is in walking distance. Of course you have to manage the stairs , 246 to go down to the lake, but hearing the number may be more scarring than it is in reality, i.e those stairs are not a big deal. The only tricky part is parking, since it was not always easy to find a spot to park. At the end we mainly parked at the lake which is pretty cheap (use the app like easy park and you can always easily adjust your parking time as needed). Also dropping your luggage may be tricky (no parking spot in front of the drop-off zone and there can be a lot of traffic). In general a great experience and we enjoyed our stay with the beautiful view.

By the time you get to the balcony, you forget all about the walk up to the apartment! Be prepared for a lot of stairs. The location, view, and apartment are 100% worth the walk. You are in a great location close to so many restaurants and shopping. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend booking here!

First of all, the place was amazing. Beautiful and clear view of the lake. House was very cozy and beautiful, felt right at home as soon as I checked in. Check in process was very smooth and we received help. Then, host was very responsive throughtout our stay and even beyond. Will not hesitate to come back and recommend this place/host to family and friends!!

We are very satisfied with the host. Despite the fact that at the beginning there was a problem with the booked accommodation, the guys did everything not to leave us and offered a much better option. We had a great weekend and are very grateful to our host for a great time in an apartment with a wonderful view and with all amenities. I recommend this company to everyone. And you definitely won't regret your choice.
