The space
From the large windows and balconies, you can enjoy enchanting views of the garden—home to centuries-old trees—and of the lake. The garden features a dining area with table and chairs, as well as a solarium area with sun loungers.Here, you will experience moments of peace and relaxation in a uniquely tranquil and refined setting.
Eugenia Suite 1: Elegance and Functionality
This welcoming apartment can accommodate up to four guests and includes:
Two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and shower

The interiors are tastefully furnished, combining modern touches with a rustic charm through the choice of furniture, decorations, and artwork. Although there is no air conditioning, the available fans ensure a cool and comfortable environment.

Eugenia Suite 2: Style and Contemporary Comfort
Eugenia Suite 2 has been renovated with attention to detail, preserving original flooring, doors, furniture, and paintings to combine historical charm with modern comfort.
This apartment, also suitable for up to four guests, includes:
Two double bedrooms with balconies, one facing the lake
A living room with open-plan kitchen that opens onto a large terrace with garden and lake views
Two bathrooms with showers
A laundry room with washing machine
The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa and a large smart TV, while the kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities (fridge, dishwasher, oven, kettle, microwave, etc.).

Guest access
Guest AccessTo reach the property, you’ll walk about 200 meters along a private path from the main road. After passing through the pedestrian gate, you’ll go down one flight of stone steps to reach Eugenia Suite 2, and three flights (30 steps in total) to access Eugenia Suite 1.
Please note that the apartments do not have private parking. You can park your car nearby along the main road, only in the areas marked with white lines (free parking) or blue lines (paid parking during certain hours). Parking is not allowed in spaces marked with yellow lines, which are reserved for residents only.

Beautiful apartment with a good location. There is no parking at the apartment, so you have to find space in the public parking spaces in the city, which is not very cheap, as we paid about €120 for a week. We therefore chose to take the small ferry from Urio when we were visiting the other towns by the lake - it is recommended. In addition, the wifi in the apartment was somewhat unstable. But all in all a really nice apartment with a nice courtyard.

Beautiful and quiet. Easy walk down for a dip. Not a great deal around if you are the kind of person that likes to walk to lunch etc. A few places around, but not much. Not many places to get groceries either, so stock up before you arrive. Fairly decent place to make lunch and dinner with a nice outside area to eat, but be warned, it is a lake, so prep for plenty of mosquitoes.

The Airbnb is ok The location by the lake does not bring much, as you will not find a beach or similar for swimming anywhere less than 30 minutes away. In addition, the view is largely blocked by the trees in the garden. In this case, you don't have a real lake view from the terrace. The parking information is also misleading. There are 2 free parking spaces near Airbnb, but they were always occupied, the others are 5-8 minutes away. The apartment wasn't really clean either. The floor was very dusty and dirty, so the soles of the feet were black after a few minutes. In addition, it smells a little unpleasant (damp, mould, boiler room) in the apartment. However, the most impractical thing is the virtually non-existent equipment in the kitchen. If you want to cook in this Airbnb, you should bring pretty much everything yourself. No sharp knife, the cutting board smelled super unpleasant, no salt, oil, pepper or anything.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
