We stayed for a couple of days with our 2-year old daughter and we enjoyed it a lot. The apartment is very spacious, clean and very well located. The city center is easy to reach by foot (and even with a stroller). There was a nice playground nearby which was perfect for our daughter, and the ferry was also just a few min by foot away to explore other cities. We can highly recommend staying there .

We’re a family of 4, and this place was perfect for us! Spacious and beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, with very comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen, and right in the center of Menaggio, with on-site parking! Our hosts responded right away when we inquired about a last-minute booking, and were always quick to respond to our questions! We had a fabulous stay here and hope to come back one day!

The Good: the location is truly incredible & walkable to everything in Menaggio; restaurants, waterfront, grocery, cafes, etc. As well, the home is modern, the building is flush with character and the views out the windows are memorable. In addition, the host was exceptionally communicative & went out of their way to welcome us. The Okay: if driving & planning to leverage the garage, would highly recommend only doing so with a smaller car. Our Tesla Model Y barely fit circumventing the narrow drive in required to access the garage. The Bad: the home is listed as three bedrooms, and that’s QUITE a stretch and somewhat deceiving. Know the one bedroom on the main floor contains a back room with the single bed and no door to separate the two. In addition, the small back bedroom lacks a door for privacy but does have a curtain to block the entry way. The upstairs loft is quite dreamy, but does lack privacy. Also, no hand & dish towels present The home may be perfect for a small family.

It was a great stay. If you are driving, a small car is highly recommended given the tight Italian roads. Additionally, the street needed to get to the parking garage is small, very tight, an extremely hidden. Our host was great and jumped in the car on a main road and helped us get into the parking garage. The place was very clean. It is just a couple minutes to the water. There are restaurants close by and a couple supermarkets. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms which was really helpful. They’re also heated towel racks which helped with drying clothes when needed.

A very tidy and nice apartment that was only a few minutes away from the center of Menaggio. View of the water, large parking space and an apartment that has everything you need. Clean and tidy in drawers and cabinets.

Beautiful apartment with modern and clean decoration. Everything you need is facilitated and it comes with elevator so no climbing with luggage It’s also very convenient to ferry and bus stop. We highly recommend this place

The apartment is pretty cool. The garage is very challenging and getting into the complex with a big car is also quite tricky. It was however well located and pretty well finished. There are things that could be done better but all in all it was a decent and enjoyable stay.

A perfect stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of Mennagio. The photos do not reflect the beautiful lake view from the windows of the apartment (it's really beautiful). We will come back without hesitation!

Exceeded Expectations. Accommodated family of four adults very comfortably. Spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Beds superior. Unit felt brand new and modern, yet the building felt like it held historical significance of Menaggio. Opened the windows for spectacular views of Como, listened to birds and took in fragrant flora. Our favorite was the location. Steps to Menaggio center. Restaurants, Ferry, Grocer. We enjoyed Menaggio more than the busier, chaotic Lake Como. It felt more authentic to us. Hearing the Bell Tower added to the experience. Highly recommend.

We had to change our reservations in Como last minute and this condo was PERFECT. Very spacious, brand new finishes in a cozy old town area, stunning views, and very comfortable accommodations. Definitely good for a group if you are okay with open but separate sleeping situations. Thanks to the hosts for a lovely stay in Menaggio!!

This apartment is in a great location, just steps from downtown Menaggio. We had 5 people and it was the perfect amount of space. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with fantastic views of the lake! Definitely recommend. The only downside is it is located right next to a beautiful church bell tower which, for some reason, rings its bells quite often (seemed to be at least 1-2 times per hour). I think the latest it rung was around 10pm and then started back up around 7AM. It fit our sleep schedule so it wasn’t a major issue, but I’m not sure how the locals deal with it every day. Other than that though, it was a perfect stay and I’d highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this apartment and Menaggio! We are a family of 5 and stayed two nights. The apartment was beautiful, clean & charmingly located in the old town close to the lake and restaurants etc and with spectacular views! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Menaggio. It was beautifully designed and furnished and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was amazing. Also can’t get over how great the body wash and hand soap smelled, and how comfortable the bed and sheets were. Would definitely stay again!

A well-located apartment offering amazing views of the mountains, a short walk away from the lake with easy access to the local restaurants and shops, as well as the boat which will take you to multiple locations around Lake Como. The apartment itself was extremely well presented, ideal for the three of us staying there. Classy yet affordable for the area, would recommend and even look to stay there again on future trips to Lake Como! Many thanks!

Was a great experience. Only a few hiccups along the way. If you check in at odd hours they charge you an additional fee of 30 euros which I don’t recall being listed. Also although there is a clothes washing machine there is no dryer.

Sparkling clean and stunning interior! As others have said, the pictures really don’t do it justice. We traveled with our 2 grown children so needed to utilize the pullout bed in the living room which was actually quite comfy even for our 6’4” son. We greatly appreciated how well stocked and beautifully appointed the entire unit was. From wine and snacks waiting for us in the kitchen upon arrival, to top of line amenities, furnishings, linens, toiletries and decor, not one detail was missed. Our host was very helpful and gracious as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!Thank you 💚🤍❤️

We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very nice and even met us at the entrance. The place is beautiful and we enjoyed the pool (although please know that it was a bit chilly due to not being heated and the time of year. Everything was as expected and more. I would recommend this place to others.

The apartment was wonderful - loved the decor and views of the lake. It was very modern and well-equipped, and it was very convenient to walk around and enjoy Menaggio or take the ferry to nearby Varenna or Bellagio. We loved our stay and would highly recommend for anyone looking for a high quality apartment in the Lake Como area!

The apartment is pricey but fantastic - spacious, tastefully decorated with beautiful views overlooking the lake. The pool area is well maintained and very peaceful with vista to the bell-tower. It is close to the centre but absolutely quiet during the night. Communication was frequent and host could be reached immediately. For the price we would have liked a few more basic condiments in the kitchen and clearer instructions on how to get to the parking garage ( it is in a narrow, one-way cobble-stone street and the GPS was sending us in circles). Other than that - Bravo! This is an excellent AirBnB. P.S.: Reserve a table at di Paolo.

Place was beautiful. However there was an underwear that did not belong to us left in the bathroom. There also was no cooking essentials as described, missing oil and salt. There were no paper towels or a cloth to clean the countertops

Positives: Quiet location but only a couple minute walk from central Menaggio. Furnishings, appliances, etc all good quality and newer and as described in listing. Spacious great room, nice views. Building is cool and historic (some renovations happening, but was not disturbed by them at all). Climate control worked as needed and was comfortable temperature. Easy and on time check in once the online form was completed, and lots of communication. Negatives: Parking was tight, but normal for the area. Layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms a little awkward due to historic building layout/loft and not too private, 4 or 5 people would be crowded. Showers sprayed water on bathroom floors more than they should. Trash separation and take out rules a little painful, but again also somewhat expected for Italy/the area. Overall we were very happy with the stay and would consider again.
