"Up & Up" can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two double bedrooms and a mezzanine with 2 single beds, one full bathroom with a shower. The spacious living room is equipped with a TV, free Wi-Fi, and a lovely sofa with a lake view. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare the best Italian dishes.Guest access
Since there are 130 steps to climb and no elevator, guests must be able to move comfortably to reach the apartment. The view is worth the effort!This apartment does not have parking.

Beautiful place and nice, clean home. Beautiful views, better than the pictures. Only problem I had was the host. Not easy to communicate with and I had trouble with instructions after I’ve asked the host multiple times how to get into the home. Then once inside the home I couldn’t locate any utensils, such as silverware knives and wine opener. I kept asking the host where they were. Only response I got was to “keep looking” finally I just sent pictures to the host of all the drawer trying to show that non of the drawers had any of the items I was looking for. The host was no help and I ended up having to buy a fork and knife just to have a simple meal. Was the worse experience to have in such a beautiful location!

Beautiful lake view. We liked it very much in the house. Everything was clean and the decor was modern and new. You need some strength in your legs for the ascent. We had a great stay. A ferry ride to Como is highly recommended. The host's care was always very good.

The house is spacious, comfortable and offers beautiful views of the Como lake. You do need to be willing to walk quite some stairs up to reach the house and inside the house but that didn’t bother us. It was actually good exercise and worth definitely the views. The house gets quite warm in the morning as the sun hits that side of the mountain but with a few adjustments that can be improved. In the afternoons it’s really nice and fresh and you can have dinners in the garden overlooking the lake. The house is very complete and the rooms are large with great beds. The bathroom is also very comfortable and everything is provided for. Also the kitchen is quite complete. The surroundings are nice but you do need to be willing to walk many stairs if you go out by foot. Parking the car is a bit of a challenge but we usually had a spot at the road closeby. Altogether we had a great time!

Additional rules
In order to access the property, it will be necessary to fill out the online check-in form (where the passport photographs of ALL the members who will be staying will be required) and in addition you are required to sign the rental contract for tourist use. Until it is completed, it will not be possible to enter the property. For check-in after 7:00 pm and check-out after 10:00 am (if not authorized) an additional amount will be required which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us.

Property Manager Terms
- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
