This apartment is gorgeous - 3 floors with incredible views of the lake! It was clean, well equipped and had everything we needed. The only things to note - the 130 stairs are pretty steep, so be prepared if you have luggage. Other than that - the place is a great place for the family!

We had a wonderful stay in Moltrasio. The house is modern but still charmingly furnished and was perfect for 4 people. The highlight is definitely the view from the terrace, which is also worth climbing a few steps for. The flexible check-in was particularly convenient for us, as we only arrived after midnight. The host was always available, polite in his communication and able to give us helpful recommendations for the area. Highly recommended for the affordable price!

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning. - Turn things off

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
