Great apartment as a starting point for trips on foot and by bike and to experience Lake Como. We took the ferry and train to Milan on a day trip and this worked great. The apartment worked fine, but only had two wine glasses and a pot too little otherwise ok. There is listening between the floors and neighboring dogs barking in the morning. But it is otherwise quiet and nice view from the apartment. Recommended! Thanks for us, Best, Line and Birger

The apartment was neat and clean! Communication with My Home was good and clear instructions. The walk to the centre of Menaggio was a bit heavier than expected, especially the way back! But we enjoyed it!

I was very much as described and pictured. As other guest, I’ve noted, the location is slightly out of town, but it did not bother us at all, and we thought the location was great. The apartment was very clean and tidy and everything worked beautifully. I would recommend.

Good area!! We didn’t have a car and walked from the town to the Airbnb everyday and night, it’s about 20 minutes both ways but it’s beautiful! The walk back up hill is pretty hard tho… especially in summer months. The actually apartment was nice - no air conditioning was pretty hard, however the fans were a huge help. The balcony was amazing as well!! My home in como has been my go to host every time we have stayed in como and there prices + locations never disappoint. Won’t be booking with any other hosts!

The unit came as advertised. It was modern and very clean. We had a car but returned it in Como. The unit is quite a climb up from town which makes getting there a challenge. There aren’t many taxi options so keep this in mind. So if you have a car this is a great stay.

We had the best stay in Menaggio! Just a short (but steep) walk down to Menaggio centre, we couldn’t fault the location as we had a car and needed somewhere to park. Would recommend!

We spent a week in this apartment and enjoyed our stay very much. We felt like we had a little glimpse of what it might feel like to live here. The grocery store was a short drive away, as was downtown Menaggio and the ferries. The apartment was gated and had a parking spot for us, which was very nice. We cooked and did laundry (we've been in Europe 3 weeks) and it a welcome change of pace. This apartment had everything you could want and was nice and quiet with a nice view of the lake.

Great stay. About a 20-25 minute walk to city center of Menaggio. Not bad as long as you can walk uphill back to the apartment. There are multiple tenants in this building and you can hear everything upstairs from footsteps to music. We turned a fan on at night and it masked the noise.

This was a good place to stay for several nights as we explored the central lake towns. The condo was clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the terrace w the lake view. The walk to town was about 15 mins with several lengthy steep sections including a pedestrian walkway w steps for a portion. Since we had a rental car, it was great to have an on site parking spot. One thing to note was that we could hear the people in above unit walking around at times. Also it was a fairly rigorous process to complete the required forms online prior to our stay.

We enjoyed our stay here! The hosts were friendly and responsive and allowed us early check in so we could make an important engagement. The place was clean and had anything you could need and the bathroom was BEAUTIFUL, that and the view were our favorite things! That said, the location is a bit inconvenient. We had some trouble finding the place— follow the PDF instructions to a T and you will find it. The location is at the top of a steep hill. We rented a car but wanted to walk back and forth for dinner, and didn’t always feel safe as you are essentially walking down a highway with no sidewalk. That isn’t the fault of the owners! Just something to consider when booking. Next time, we would probably pick something closer to the ferry. It took us 25 minutes walking to get there, and maybe closer to 40 minutes walking back up hill. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone with mobility issues or difficulty walking and climbing etc.

Great apartment in a great spot. About 10-15 minutes walk (downhill) to the ferry, and about 20 minutes into the town square. Very walkable if you don’t mind the hill back up - but it means you get a nice view of the lake from the apartment!

Great location for exploring Lake Como. Short walk to the ferry and into Menaggio town centre. Apartment was clean and well equiped with beautiful lake views from the balcony and living room. Would definitely recommend it.

Perfect stay close to Menaggio, super clean and easy for our visit with two small children. Added bonus is that the My Home in Como office are kindly arranging the return of a lost teddy bear which we really appreciate!

The location was perfect for us because it is just a short walk from the town center, where we found delightful cafes, restaurants, and shops. We found several different paths to take us into the town and down to the lake We also appreciated the convenience of being close to the ferry terminal, making it easy to visit several other towns. We love to walk so the location was perfect for us. It was very easy to communicate with the host when we had questions. We had a wonderful stay and each day made us enjoy our time there even more! We are looking forward to our next stay.

This is a beautiful , modern and exceptionally clean apartment with a lovely view of the lake on one side . Theres lots of added touches which are very nice and enjoyable. We were unlucky on arrival that the cleaner had not left the key which meant we messed around trying to get in and look round for half an hour before contacting the agency. They quickly resolved the matter although this took another 25 minutes for someone to arrive with a key . We understand these things happen but it was frustrating. The walk to the centre should be considered when not having a car and thinking of your luggage and check out times . The centre is either through steep steps bringing you out near a great youth hostel offering cheap drinks, or the main road way which is still around 15 minutes and sometimes no path. Not always easy at night or with luggage . The location is therefore very peaceful and with good views, it doesn’t disappoint! Thank you !

What a beautiful and pristine little home. We stayed for our 30th anniversary and it was perfect, peaceful and serene. We would rent a car on our next visit to drive to Lugano, Switzerland and other drivable towns. But, it was easy to rent a car. It was walkable to the town center so it was great for days we didn’t have rain. Wonderful!

We spent wonderful days in Menaggio. The apartment is great! Very clean, equipped with modern furniture, large shower and a comfortable large bed! In 15 minutes walk you are in the village. Glad to come back!

Stunning views of the lake from the apartment. Great communication from Nic. Everything in the apartment looked new. Very comfortable. Clear instructions to find the apartment & how to enter. Helpful book with information in including restaurant names. Thank you My Home in Como! PS You definitely need a car or to use taxis to get to and from the apartment especially with luggage. We used Andrea & it was €15 to the centre / boat terminal. €30 to Tremezzo.

There were two of us - unfortunately Lake Como surprised us this time with a few rainy days. This beautiful accommodation was all the more valuable to us. We felt comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is very tasteful and practical. The parking lot is close and belonging to the apartment. We like to walk and it is really no problem at all to reach the city center and the lake shore from the apartment. It's 10 minutes away time to plan. Short enough to come home even in the evening after the restaurant and a delicious glass of red wine without much effort. Highly recommended - we will be happy to come back!

This is a very quiet place. Up the road from the hustle of town but very easy to walk down the hill to town in under 10 minutes! We enjoyed having an entire apartment to ourselves and loved having laundry facilities! We did a whole day trip around the lake and after seeing everywhere else was truly happy we booked in Menaggio!

We had a nice stay and the host was friendly and responsive. We asked for an extra fan for the room and one was delivered to us same day. Thank you! And thanks for the extra coffee. I was pleasantly surprised to watch a fireworks show from across the lake from our perch. ❤️ Thanks for the nice stay.

We had a great stay in Menaggio. It is a beautiful area on Lake Como. The airbnb was very clean, modern and spacious. The view from the window and balcony was absolutely stunning. The apartment is a little bit away from the main amenities but still walkable. We had a car which was useful but we also walked down to the ferry too on one of the days.
