Very nice little apartment for two people. More than enough for a weekend. Maybe a little too small for longer periods. Great location, beautiful view over the lake and good facilities. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials. However, there are a bit too few cups and wine glasses. We were, of course, very happy about the coffee (capsules) that was already on site. Local taxes paid in advance, and the directions with the location and parking situation were perfect. In addition to providing personal data, we also had to identify ourselves in advance via video call for all travellers. The check-out was also perfect. We would definitely go back for a short weekend.

The apartment has a great location and a great view. Apart from that, however, we were unfortunately not satisfied. Mould in the bathroom, a heating system that doesn't work, a shower that doesn't work. Hygiene is generally rather poor. We wouldn't book again.

For a couple, the accommodation is amazing! Great value for money. The only point of improvement would be in the kitchen utensils (bowls, pots, etc.).

As mentioned on the website… the view is the best. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the amenities. The furniture has seen its best days a long time ago. TV was not functional, but it was not that important to us. Therefore, we did not complain. We didn't expect the cabinet bed, but it was still okay. The parking situation was exciting, but we were able to manage it well. It's very tight. It was nice, but it will no longer be considered!

It is worth staying here for the beautiful view alone–we loved spending mornings and evenings on the terrace overlooking Lake Como. The price you pay for the view, however, is that it is difficult to get anywhere by foot or public transportation. I think this Airbnb is best suited for people renting a car; we had a Vespa but still spent a lot of money on taxis because of our bags (even a short drive from the apartment to the town of Cernobbio is around €20). I also found the communication prior to check-in to be excessive yet still unclear. Apparently they allow self check-in if you complete a video call ahead of time, but this was not clearly relayed. We walked 20min from the train station with 4 bags just to visit the office for a 1 minute conversation in which they told me “oh, you didn’t have to come here if you did the video call,” although the messages I had received before said we needed to visit the office before going to the apartment. Hopefully this info helps other people!

If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to stay with a good view, this isn’t a bad choice. However, it is difficult to get to the more popular areas of the lake on the ferry due to the schedule. Overall, great place to stay.

The apartment was wonderfully clean and had everything you need. The area was really safe and had a lovely vibe. The scenery was great and it was nice to have breakfast on the balcony. It was a wonderful experience all around. It's still a good idea to be prepared for walking because the home is elevated. It's a good idea to visit the store before going to the listing if you want to avoid walking. However, the scenery is so beautiful on all sides, the walk is rewarding.

Check IN was easy and uncomplicated. The location of the apartment is nice. We were responded to our messages quite quickly. But: The apartment was quite worn - scratched table, scratched armrests by the bed, calcified and leaking shower hose (then replaced on request). The kitchen was missing after cutting knives, there was only one bread knife. The coffee maker was missing a part (was also replaced). The most important point for us for the review is that it was just way too cold in the apartment. The heating, they told us, should not be turned on yet, which is understandable, but then the duvets (thin sheets) are very inappropriate when it is around 10 degrees outside at night. As a result, I had to sleep with three layers. We asked for thicker blankets, which unfortunately went unnoticed.

A very comfortable apartment in a magnificent setting. What a pleasure to see the lake from your bed. The apartment has everything you need to be well. Coffee capsules, dishwasher and washing machine capsules, enough to settle in and hold for a few days, super nice! The host is super responsive to any questions and available. I felt right at home. Admittedly the access is steep, but it allowed me to do my sport;) It's easier to take the road than the trail. With kids, I would recommend a car.

Great stay in Cernobbio. The apartment had a great view, was clean and the host was responsive. Also worth noting there’s a nice river/garden walk to Cernobbio if you take the steps on the left as you exit the complex.

The flat is very nice and great as accommodation on Lake Como. We had a great view of the lake from the apartment. The flat is totally clean and the furnishings are as described in the advert. However, it is more practical to travel by your own car and use the private parking space, as only a long, steep hill leads to the apartment. The hosts are also very friendly and are always available to answer questions.

Beautiful location with stunning views over the lake towards Como. If arriving by public transport it is worth noting that there is a long and steep hill to get to the apartment (not fun with cases). We experienced very hot weather while we were there (mid 30s), so found the lack of air con tough going. The ceiling fan did its best but for us the apartment was too warm and wouldn't cool down when the outside temperature dropped (great for the winter I expect).

Very clean and nice staying in Cernobbio. It is recommended to have your own car to reach the accommodation though. The main asphalt road that leads to has no sidewalk for the pedestrians so walking it up or down with trolleys is not the best experience. Also to reach the apartment there are quite a lot of stairs. So if you have a baby stroller it's quite a struggle till you reach the room. Not a lot of restaurants in the proximity (actually was only one and very expensive). No Cafés in the proximity. No shops. You always need to walk or drive down to Cernobbio. All in all a nice stay with a view. It depends though what needs you have.

Tiny accommodation in Cernobbio on Lake Como. The view from the balcony is a dream! We felt very comfortable. There is ❤️ a small point deduction for the non-functional TV (no signal). Plus, there were few cups. It is recommended to arrive by car as the footpath from the lake back to the property is very strenuous (especially in hot temperatures). But it has nothing to do with the otherwise beautiful apartment! ☺️ What you need to particularly praise is the easy check-in with helpful instructions. Never experienced anything like this before! Communication was great, we'll be happy to come back! Thanks ❤️

A very nice little apartment with a great view of the lake. We enjoyed our 5-day stay here. You can sit comfortably on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. The room was very tidy and clean. The facilities worked well and were as described.

My wife and I spent our Easter at the apartment after deciding to take a spontaneous trip to Italy for our vacations. The room was extremely comfy it has an amazing view of the Lago die Como. Getting to Cernobbio from the apartment is really easy (although it's a bit of a steep walk). From Cernobbio you can take a boat to either Como or Bellagio, or just enjoy the city ant it's amazing bars and cafes. Definitely worth the visit, and the apartment was a perfect place to end a day of walking around in the city.

A nice Lake Como accommodation with an outstanding view. Though a bit small, the unit is quite accurately represented by its listing. The only thing that is hard to grasp from the listing is that, while this unit is under a mile away from the Cernobbio city center, that walk is extremely steep, which makes the return journey difficult. It’s not this host’s fault, but Lake Como’s public transportation really just isn’t good enough to facilitate east access to and from this unit to the rest of the cities on the lake. For that reason, I would strongly suggest renting a car if you are going to book this stay - the parking is free anyways! If we had a car, this would have been perfect.

I rented a 1 bedroom apartment with amazing views to the lake and mountains in Cernobbio. Short distance to reach Cernobbio village centre. Quiet, clean and green environment. I got extra help from customer service that I appreciated it. We enjoyed our stay and we will return. Fantastic location if you want to escape from large dirty cities and enjoy clean, green environment.
