This place was okay. It was super clean and the location was perfect. Which are two important things. The not so good was the curtains were see through and blocked no light from the very lit street so it was hard to sleep. There was one window that faced into another window and there was zero privacy. When we confronted the host about being uncomfortable they didn’t do anything. The bed was not comfy and the pillows were literally so hard. The lighting in the bathroom if you are a woman was not good at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place but it did the job.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is excellent and the entire access to the apartment was very straightforward. The apartment was spotlessly clean and we felt very comfortable right away. Small note: Identification by video call was necessary in advance, but went smoothly. The furnishings were fine, but seemed a bit spartan. We would have liked a small wardrobe or a way to hang up jackets. Nevertheless: highly recommended!

Great place to stay for 2 in the centre of Como. All restaurants and sightseeing are within walking distance. The apartment is great for two people, everything was very clean and nicely furnished. The bed was comfortable and very good pillows. We'll be happy to come back.

Great apartment right in the old town (pedestrian zone). Perfect for 1 person or couple. Quick service for questions. No view - but in the middle of it. TV has no channels in German.

Great stay, house in a perfect location to visit and fully experience the city of Como. Easy and quick check-in and checkout procedures. Unique sin a little loud heating. I recommend the stay to fully experience the city and at the same time be able to relax in the very cozy apartment.

Amazing historic place to stay in como, great location! Right in the middle of everything. Many restaurants, shops, bars. Right next to their famous cathedral. Very comfy and spacious place! Would recommend this to anyone

Good value for cash. Great location in the city center. Instructions were very precise, so it was easy to find premises. Complementary coffee and water were nice touch. We had a great time and definitely can recommend it

The location was excellent, in the historic center and next to a bakery where we had breakfast during our stay. Self check-in was a plus, although they asked for too much information to enter (fill out a form, photos, etc. Regarding the apartment, the cleanliness was correct but the bed was not at all comfortable and the shower was very small.

The apartment; Moma2 Como was just as described. We loved it, it proved an ideal location to explore Como. Como itself was easy to get to by train from the local airports. Como is full of fashion shops, restaurants and bars. I'd recommend the Funicular & trail to the lighthouse. A trip around lake Como by boat or Ferry is a must. Go!!👍

The accommodation is located in an excellent location, in the historic center, close to many attractions. This is perhaps the only thing I liked. The apartment was dirty, there were extra things on the cabinet and a lot of dust. There was an unpleasant smell inside the closet and we did not want to put things there. Instead of a bed, there is an uncomfortable sofa. We asked the host to order additional cleaning but nothing changed after that. I don't recommend this place

Good and central location. The apartment was equipped with what you needed. We received an email with clear check-in instructions and the host was helpful with questions before the stay. The apartment was darker than expected based on the photos. In addition, a bit of noise from the street and hallway, it didn't mean much to us. A/C seemed more like a tab and the apartment was therefore very warm to sleep in. The host sent a repairman, which fixed the issue. However, with a little long response time. If you are looking for a good location in Como, the place is recommended.

My Home in Como were very helpfull to us, both with getting the documents ready and looking after us. The flat was a little darker than we had expected from the photos. It was well equiped and clean and tidy. As always in a holiday property, the kitchen knives need sharpening.

the apartment is super central in the middle of the old town of como and therefore ideal for exploring the beautiful northern Italian city on foot. Clean, good bed (even for a 185cm / 90kg person) and nicely furnished. Automated check-in works incredibly well and quickly. we spent a wonderful weekend there and felt very comfortable!

We stayed for our honeymoon and it was absolutely perfect! Easy check-in and great location! The communication was prompt. Such a cozy little spot in the middle of everything you need. Surrounded by restaurants, boutiques and there is a market conveniently in the vicinity. Felt we were in a very safe area. Also, the train station is very walkable if you plan on getting around via train like we did!

The Good 1. The women was nice by adding more pillows for us . 2. e could leave the luggage before the check-in. 3. The location is very good at the old city center. The Bad 1. The trash was still full when we arrived... the apartment smelled very bad. 2. One of the air conditioning dripped a lot of water so we had to close it and the apartment was very cold with only 1 air conditioning in the winter. 3. The mattress is awful...

The apartment is located in the center of Como City, best location to explore the city and visit bars/restaurants. What I didn't particulary appreciate is the shower cabin which was leaking water from all sides (not from non closing doors) but it also hada broken door and as a result we had a lot of water in the bathroom floor. Personally I think this is something the host should give more attention as I do not believe it broke down during our stay only. I'm rating the apartment with 4 stars so that it can be fixed for future guests.

It was ok in general. The room is small, but you have all you need for a short stay. The only negative point was that the garbage of the previous guest was not removed and it stunk, and the floor was dirty. Anyway came a woman the next day to clean and took the garbage. If you have kids and a stroller with you, you can not put the stroller downstairs, what makes the stay difficult, especially in the evening when you are tired because you have to take the stroller up the stairs until your room. I appreciate very much that Alessandra came by to show me how to use the stove. Thanks.

If you are looking for a nice studio in Como this should be the end of your search. Incredible location with local restaurants and shopping steps away from the apartment. The check-in and check-out experiences were both seamless. The wifi worked without any issues. Great home base to explore the lake with easy access to both the train station and ferry to navigate the surrounding areas.

The location is excellent directly in the center of como. The communication with the host was always great (responded real quick). We were even able to leave our luggage after checkout at their office - which made it a lot easier for us during our last day. Would definitely book this airbnb again if back in Como!

This is a perfectly located apartment in Como (walking from either train or parking lots). Restaurants on the block are fantastic, and just a few steps away is a fresh produce stand and a grocery store. Just be mindful that the bed is just a pull out sofa, so it can be uncomfortable for a longer stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the property for 6 nights. The location is phenomenal. In the middle of old town Como. The only drawback was that the bed was a little soft, but that's individual taste. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. When arriving, it is important to keep in mind that you are not allowed to drive into the old town of Como.

Very nice little apartment. It was super clean. The pull-out sofa was also quite comfortable. The location was great. Right in the city center. The small restaurant on the ground floor also made it easy for us to eat a little something in the evening or to enjoy an aperitivo after the excursions. The communication was also great. Always accessible, even when we checked in a little earlier than planned at short notice.
