The apartment is very spacious and very clean. But children had to sleep on the sofa, the apartment was very 'clean' in every way. Missed the complete soul of a normal inhabited house. In addition, the location was very good compared to the city, but the building was very dilapidated. It was clearly a commercial party that delivered this apartment as 'efficiently' as possible.

The Diana apartment in Como is a perfect spot for couples or a small family who are seeking a great base to explore Como. It wouldn’t be suitable for those with a car but all of the old town of Como are within a short walk of the apartment. The team at My Home In Como were very helpful throughout our stay and can’t recommend them enough.

Additional rules
- To access the property, it will be necessary to complete the online check-in form (which will require photos of the passports of ALL guests staying) and additionally, to sign the short-term rental agreement. Until this process is completed, access to the property will not be possible. - For check-ins after 7:00 PM and check-outs after 10:00 AM (if not authorized), an additional fee will be required, which will be communicated upon arrival

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
