The residents of the property were unpleasant, we felt that we were not welcome. Share the pool and have continuous feedback. We receive a set of keys with 5.6 different keys and no instructions on the keys. There is a remote control to open the entrance door of the gantry and it doesn't work. Then for the kitchen, the pans don't go on the induction hobs, there are two out of four for cooking. And finally the bedroom shutter doesn't open, it was at least 30 degrees in the bedroom, it was horrible. Of course, no air conditioning, just a fan... Run away ...

Well located apartment in a beautiful residence, very quiet. The pool is a real plus, especially after a long day. The apartment is large, functional. The welcome book is well done. Restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes' drive away. However, there are a few areas for improvement: Difficult to find the right entrance, the location does not match the map. When we arrived, the gate opening box wasn't working. The apartment is equipped with old carpet and rugs, not always very clean. Some kitchen utensils were dirty and defective, including the spatula and pot handles. (Be careful) A kitchen socket doesn't work. The listing mentioned a microwave oven. There wasn't. (Hard to heat baby bottles) Overall, we had a pleasant stay but the apartment would need renovation and new kitchen utensils. Recommended

The apartment is beautiful, tastefully decorated. The shutters were mostly broken but that didn't pose a problem for us. The pool is very good. The space was very clean. Arrival was complicated because the address mentioned in the initial message was not correct and the person online, despite being on a camera call, did not know how to tell me that it was just opposite. I finally received another address via the instructions given after the call to collect the keys in a box. When you're on holiday, you're looking for simplicity and not to search for your accommodation for 30 minutes after a long trip. New induction hob but no suitable pots or pans. So it's impossible to use it. The coffee machine needs descaling because the coffee wasn't flowing. The neighbourhood is not welcoming! They are not happy to have tourists in the building. The parking space is too small if you have a family vehicle. We couldn't park on the pitch.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. THESE REQUIREMENTS ARE MANDATORY IN ORDER TO STAY IN THE STRUCTURE AND ARE REQUIRED BY ITALIAN LAW. ______________________ POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL FEES: - For CHECK-IN after 7:00 p.m. and CHECK-OUT after 10:00 a.m. (if not authorised), an additional sum will be requested, which will be communicated upon arrival and must be paid through a link that will be sent by us. - If the property is left in an unsuitable state, an additional sum will be requested due to overtime for cleaning.

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
