The residence was built in the 1970s by the famous architect Ico Parisi and is equipped with all the comforts for an exclusive home, such as concierge service, indoor and outdoor swimming pools with a solarium area, gym, sauna, and more.

The apartment offers a modern and comfortable environment, ideal for those who wish to relax in a peaceful setting. The condominium complex boasts two swimming pools, one outdoor during the summer and one indoor, both accessible free of charge. Great place, very comfortable bed and responsive hosts. Would be happy to come back again! Definitely 5/5 as you cannot possibly rate this place any lower.

The apartment is spacious and suited us well. The only challenge was initially arriving at the home. When you book this place be sure to enter into your map search the correct address of the apartment (not the office) and make sure you specify the correct county/city which is Montorfano. Otherwise, very nice stay.

Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.

Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
