Initially I was a little worried about our stay here due to past reviews on cleanliness, but everything was perfectly clean and spotless. We really appreciated the in unit washer and the large clothes rack to dry clothes on their big balcony. The location was PERFECT for us because we wanted to stay right next to the Hilton for a wedding. It was about a 20 min walk to get to town to eat and drink, which wasn’t bad at all. You can walk there along the lake which was really beautiful. We had a few requests that the hosts were very accommodating too - one of which was asking for an extra set of keys. Traveling with a larger group of 4, having only one set wasn’t convenient. But they hosts were really responsive and gave us a set the next day, which I think speaks to the attention and response you will get from them if you choose to stay here

It was exactly as described. Apartment is spacious, super clean and quiet. Air-conditioning works great and bedlinens are of good quality. It was a pleasure to come back to the fresh and quiet apartment after the heat in the city. And the host was very responsive and polite. I would love to come back.

Ants. There were ants in every room. I’m writing this 8 hours after checking out and still finding ants is our bags; backpacks, shopping bags (without food). We asked for ant traps and they brought them, but clearly not enough. We they found dead ants but still had plenty of live ants running around. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also if you’re traveling with lots of baggage don’t count on getting close to the door to unload. Parking is a nightmare and people pake everywhere and block the road to the entrance or take your assigned parking spot.

We felt very comfortable in this beautiful, large flat. The house is remarkably quiet, even though it is right by the railway line; this is not a problem. The neighbourhood is also quiet and well-kept. The route along the lake into the town is very scenic and easy to walk. The bus stop is right on the main road. The mattress on the beds is only 1.90 m long. This is what tall people should bear in mind. We had a nice time and would be happy to come back.

We stayed in the flat for 2 nights as an overnight stop. For this purpose, it was great. The location is good, and you can walk to the lakeside promenade. It’s also great that there’s a small shop nearby. The flat is perfect for 4 people – a 5th and 6th person could fit on a sofa bed, which is a bit dated, though. Communication with the host is easy, and we received a response to our question within a few minutes.

Host was communicative and check in and out was easy with clear instructions. The place was a bit less clean than we would’ve hoped for, and there was also construction during our stay that was not communicated to us prior, that impacted our ability to park in the reserved spot. The place is located well, and there are some restaurants within walking distance.

Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and the elevator does not always work However, the electricity of the apartment is extinguished if you operate more than one air conditioner or in the case of cooking, but the response of the operating company was quick with us to avoid and clarify this matter Other than that, the location and the area of the apartment are special

We did not stay at this property with our family due to concerns about the cleanliness standards. However, we reported the issues to the hosting company, and they responded promptly by providing a full refund. Although the situation was disappointing—especially since we had to find a hotel at 10 p.m.—we appreciate that the host honored our refund request. We hope the cleaning service will take greater care in preparing the property for future guests. We leave 5star review as we stayed in another property of the same host and it was superb, clean and spacious.

Pretty good location, near the lake. Within walking distance from the Como center. Few shops within walking distance. Private parking was really good. Apartment was quite big and had everything we needed

The apartment is good , but the services are not ! Our shower heater didn't work ( and it was cold ), the tbm hairdryer didn't work and the bathroom lights were too weak. The guest's bathroom was not boxed and it wet the entire bathroom!

This listing is in a really great location and has parking which is such a rarity in Italian cities. It is about 15 mins walk into the centre of Como. The bedrooms and beds are comfortable. There is a lift which is great if you have luggage. Some of the things included could be improved such as a colander but overall a good place to stay. The host communicated well.

The team was very attentive to all our requests or questions, they answered almost immediately, they also spoke perfect Spanish. We requested a crib on the same day we arrived and they did not delay in bringing it to the apt. The building is a little hidden from the main roads and not so easily found, but the area is very safe and illuminated and has a bus stop just a few meters away.
