Host was communicative and check in and out was easy with clear instructions. The place was a bit less clean than we would’ve hoped for, and there was also construction during our stay that was not communicated to us prior, that impacted our ability to park in the reserved spot. The place is located well, and there are some restaurants within walking distance.

Please note that the apartment is on the third floor and the elevator does not always work However, the electricity of the apartment is extinguished if you operate more than one air conditioner or in the case of cooking, but the response of the operating company was quick with us to avoid and clarify this matter Other than that, the location and the area of the apartment are special

We did not stay at this property with our family due to concerns about the cleanliness standards. However, we reported the issues to the hosting company, and they responded promptly by providing a full refund. Although the situation was disappointing—especially since we had to find a hotel at 10 p.m.—we appreciate that the host honored our refund request. We hope the cleaning service will take greater care in preparing the property for future guests. We leave 5star review as we stayed in another property of the same host and it was superb, clean and spacious.

PLEASE NOTE! - To access the property, you will need: - Fill in the online check-in form (where you will be asked for photographs of the passports of ALL members who will be staying). - Sign the lease for tourist use. - Make a quick video call where all guests staying will have to show their IDs again so that they can be checked further. - Until EVERYTHING is completed, it will not be possible to enter the structure. - For a full refund, the guest must cancel at least 5 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, 50% of the nightly rate for the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
